Rosemary、Thyme、小茴香籽、Paprika、黑白芝麻、燕麦，当然还有什么topping都没
有加的原味面包棒。
如果你喜欢吃脆口的，可以延长烘烤时间；如果喜欢吃软绵的面包棒，看到面包棒均匀
上色后（金黄色），就可以拿出来了。
方子来自“ultimate bread”。
2 tsp yeast
275ml water
1 tsp malt extract (我用麦芽糖代替)
500g unbleached flour, sifted
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
2tbsp semolina(我用粗玉米粉代替)
egg glaze, made with 1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp water
Kosher salt,rosemary, thyme, fennel seeds, paprika, black sesame seeds,
white sesame seeds, oats, for topping.

基本功能：有些半成品。比如sphinx，你可以用来训练自己的语音模型。另外，还需要
语言模型language model，可以考虑现成的比如Srilm。
高级功能：这个关键处在于如何把一个自然语言的句子变成machine readable的句子，
比如first order logic。一些思路：可以考虑parser，就是先把一个句子变成句法树
，然后根据phrase structure information来map到first order logic，执行程序命令
。parser可以考虑Berkeley parser, Stanford parser, OpenNLP parser等；或者考虑
dependency parser，或许比phrase structure parser更有用，比如Stanford parser
，malt parser等，甚至可以用semantic parser，这个需要自己实现。
总之就是，每一步都有现成的工具包，就看你怎么攒到一块，效果还好。这里面很多地
方需要自己去training，tuning。

酒里的甲醇含量高， 所以容易上头。
vodka主要可以用来调cocktail, 年轻的时候比较有精力， 现在也懒的搞那么多瓶配料
， 也没地方放， 专门的酒冰箱也挺贵的。
我谷物酒主要是买各国各种的啤酒尝鲜， russian的， british, cech的之类，
malt也不错， 大瓶， 可以当水喝。
高度酒还是国内的白酒好喝， 然后也就是尝鲜了， rum, whisky什么的换着产地品种
花色来， 什么金朗姆红朗姆。 branky算洋酒里头比较合中国人口味的， 确实好喝。 |

i don't think it's standard protocol, granted, the last guideline by NIH was
update in late 1990s, but to my knowledge if you have no evidence to
suggest peptic ulcers or MALT, then your physician should not test for H
pylori, if you simply has dyspepsia, it should be determined case by case,
sounds like you had a seropositive H pylori, if you really want to know if
you have infection, can go for a urea breath test which is quite sensitive
and specific, i think both in upper 90s percentile,

听国内一个比较牛的医生讲课，最难诊断的问题就是发热待查了。挺复杂的病史，总体感觉还是结缔组织
病，川崎病或者其他一些血管病变的结缔组织病。查查眼底血管看看有什么问题没。肾穿可能有帮助。但是
这是损伤性的检查，可能需要等到有必要再做。
最后提到的高血压，症状非常类似嗜铬细胞瘤，但嗜铬细胞瘤在儿童中不常见，最好能测一下尿VMA（香草基
扁桃酸）和metanephrine(变肾上腺素)。另外，neuroblastoma(神经母细胞瘤)有时也会一过性释放肾
上腺素引起高血压。当然高血压也可以是结缔组织病的小血管病变造成的。这个高血压的问题不像是中医可
以搞定的。
另外一些想法提出来集思广益吧：虽然没有证据，会不会有系统性的真菌感染？回盲区的肠壁增厚，会不会
有肠壁淋巴瘤(MALT lymphoma)？肠结核？中国的小孩都接种卡介苗，PPD阴性是不是说明有T细胞免疫缺
陷？患者有肾炎综合症的表现，但不知道有没有肾功能异常，水肿等。这么牛的广谱抗生素没有用，能不能
用实验性的抗结核治疗？实验性的抗真菌治疗？ |

has a pretty indolent clinical course, which is supported by low Ki67
percentage.
Second, what is the H pylori test result? If positive, treatment of the H
pylori infection could relieve her symptoms and even cure this disease.
It would be better to discuss with an oncologist, as it may need a little
more work up to do.
