昨儿晚上7点多去的，排了一会儿，小二拿着menu出来一人给一份，没拿到的请回，牛
肉饼没了。
又等了快40分钟才吃上，居然bacon也卖完了。。
基本就是burger lounge的价格,in and out的味道。不过malt做的超赞。
美国人民真是爱吃burger啊。 |

普通的 Jack Daniel 和 Crown Royal 都算是低价位的。送人的话可以考虑 Gentleman
Jack
另外Scotch 就是whiskey 的一种。Scotch 里面可以送Johnnie Walker 的蓝标，金标
，绿标
我最喜欢的whiskey是 Lagavulin 和 Oban。这两个都是 single malt，口味很好，
Costco也经常有卖，不过国内对这些酒还是不感冒。国内都是一阵风的流行。
据我了解国内现在还是很流行 Chivas 和 人头马的。送礼的话，Chivas最起码要18年
的，人头马要XO |

受到花花大侠的撞车指南的启发，我觉得写个餐馆指南，尤其现在每天面临失业的压力
，不知道还能在休斯顿呆多久，我就先攒点人品，造福群众。以后大家来休斯顿，也可
以多点选择，不必总是去中国城吃饭。相信中国城地区的餐厅大家都知道，这里我就不
赘述了，只说其他国家地区和风味的。我只说 authentic & exotic 的餐厅。厨师一定
要是那个国家的，服务员说着带有那个国家口音的英语，最好连帮你停车的小哥哥都是

先做背景介绍。 Houston ，休斯顿 是美国第 4 大城市（前三名依次为纽约，洛杉矶
，芝加哥）。火箭城位于 Harris County 中心，也是 Houston–Sugar Land–Baytown

我引起了器材的误会了。
开始是阿贵说起我那个唯一的KV帮忙选购的Montauk surf fishing的装备，的确是好的
，不过，我那是不懂啊。为了去montauk，瞎买了一套，都觉得太贵。其实可能也很少
用。我淡水的就主张自己试试看，哪个好用，就用那个。我不是跟你说我用的线是wal
－malt的吗，我好的线在baitcast上试过，反而更不好。
但是你这么一开玩笑，哈哈，我可不好意思了，淡水的顶级配置我自己都是没有买的呀
，我怎么觉得80刀的st。croix竿和什么saraha 轮都很好用泥？如果买个只是自己以为
很不错的竿送人，这个真的可能会闹笑话的了。
我现在还是多钓几个鱼后再说哪个竿好，我很想用好baitcast的，但是就是用不好。

Directions: Boil the water, Add the cloves and sugar and stir well. Add whisky
