这个DNA上的6mA可以用PacBio的single molecular sequencing技术来检测,但是一般
是细菌里常见,mammlian tissue发文章这帮人都有很强的哺乳动物系统背景(es cell
at least),估计已经mammlian tissue已经看过一遍了,要么是真没有,要么就都是
继续憋大文章。个人估计前一种可能更大-_-|||

since i'm in this field i think sth should be clarified. so far
the only functional miRNAs has been found in worms and plant
but not in mammlian cells although miRNAs are detected in mammalian
cells. no targets have been found yet. also in worms miRNA (actually
let-7 and lin-4) is not perfectly complenentary to its target
seq at 3'UTR. some bulges exist withink base paring region. this
posts most difficult part to identify potential miRNA target
seq since it's not perfectly match. also miRNA is

Huam Barin or at least Mammlian Neruo Science fields
but fMRI or SR Microscopy etc you might master one of them firstly.
