约好第二天先和猎头见一面.其实职位很简单,所以猎头也问不出我什么,还比较满意,就
约好第二天再和hiring manager见面.hiring manager有CHE学位,还有个MBA.和我聊了
一会,主要就介绍工作性质什么的,然后问我会不会某某东西.老实说,那些东西对有

一个是top20私立学校的，一个Course-based的，无导师的硕士项目，有点像MBA，需要
自费。我看这个项目比较杂，学点IT, 学点Finance,一共两年，第一年在澳洲，第二年
来美国。
关键是这个项目的学费巨贵（无TA/RA），他估计要倾其所有再借钱才能搞定。他的目
的是毕业后在这边找到工作（因为他最近在国内有些挫折很抑郁）...
另一个录取是工程前100的学校的机械master，半自费，这个项目比较传统，有导师，thesis-
based。
关键是这哥们儿现在很从第一个，说想赌一把。我给他的建议是从第二个，稳扎稳打然
后找工作，第一个学不到啥东西，而且风险太大。
对了，这哥们儿国内top10学校工业设计本科，在一家合资企业做销售5年，无特别技术
背景。

I2R虽然一直都在登广告，但是我个人觉得它并没很诚心招人。我从6月份开始找工作，前
后去I2R面试了4个职位，其中两个很对口的分别面试了两轮，一个口头上说给offer，后
来莫名其妙的职位又取消了；另一个我后来打电话去HR问，总是说keep in view，也不说
据了还是没据。另外两个职位专业不是太对口，只面试了一轮就没了下文，估计我不合适
，但是3个月之后，我听说他们还在面试其中一个，不知道什么时候才真定下人来，要说
真是找不到个合适的，我觉得不太可能，每次面试都有很多简历，最后一个职位我听mana
ger说收了30多份简历，条件不错的不少。我还有好几个同学是里面的，也PHD毕业了找工
作，他们老板还是manager级别的，也没说能给他们安排个位置。倒是听说最近去了一个
，本来在国大做RF还是RA的，后来去了那边做UWB方面的。
最后一次面试跟招人的manager聊了聊，说I2R目前处于调整状态，大概2006年要稳定到30
0人，而现在虽然走了很多人，还是有接近400人，可见大趋势还是缩减编制。
