layout for such kind of insane auctions. As I said, they are very close. It's
none of bridge logic. You are talking about that spade suit is more likely to
pitch heart loser than H suit to pitch diamond losers, which doesn't make
sense to me at all.

chance to die if pd doesn't have CA -- and especially if H is 3-3 for oppo,
in which case you can make 5D even with pd having 4D. Plus, even if oppo
gets into the auction, you wouldn't be able to judge any better so it is
just a blinder shot at a higher layer. Do you really envision that 3D will
go down, and 2D is the last contract? If you stick to the law, you should
just compete to 3D as fast as you can, too.

1) Learn to read the traffic. Most of the time, the intention of the driver
can be read by how the car moves. Of course you can't rely on it 100%. But,
it gives you something to expect.
2) Always be aware of your surroundings whether it be on a wide bike lane or
a narrow road or approaching an intersection.

一早带了中轻年二酱油党来到码头，跟几个脯肉聊聊，他们说上个星期骚妹都在床上，

水温六十度，还有机会捉骚妹在床的，一路向北直奔，到了个内湾深处，我觉得我几个
杆子上绑的硬饵不适合今天的状况。就是在我换饵的时候，二酱油党已经开胡了。比分
，2比2比零，我零蛋。
骚妹的床：
这种鳟鱼清水湖温度高起来（比如夏天）就非常不好钓了，规律很清楚了，打边钓残留
的鱼巢，清缴扫黄残留骚妹。
在北面水温始终六十度，六十一度那样子。还有一些骚妹床铺剩着给我们搞搞。

My ex-roommate is a very good runner and plays various sports. I have seen
him running 10 miles in one hour on the treadmill (make no mistake, 10mph is
easy for him) and then go playing basketball.
I also knew a guy in my old running club who runs 100+ miles per week at the
peak weeks in preparation for Detroit marathon. He ended up running 2:36 in

这是个人自10/29/2005起第34场马拉松赛, 称不上什么marathon maniac, 原因其实是
”懒”!!!
一个人训练总是提不起劲, Interval Run 跑的不够快, Long Run 跑的不够长, Tempo
Run 都被我跑成Easy Run了, 唯有比赛自己才会全力以赴,, 所以久而久之就把比赛当
练习, 5K 当作练Interval, 10K & Half 练 Tempo, Full练 Long Run正好. 只要离家
车程不要太远的比赛, 从5K至马拉松我几乎都会参加, 最忙的是去年10/5 □ 12/7 (秋
天是赛事旺季). 跑了6场全马, 2场半程, 一场10K & 5K, 不是自己多疯狂, 而是比赛
日期都是别人决定的呀
至於身体恢复, 一般全程比赛四五天后双腿感觉可以正常练跑了, 不过我觉得三个礼拜
跑一次全程是最理想, 可以冲PR, 也正好呼应Long Run的间隔. 很幸运一直没受什么伤
, 只有08年一月比赛完后隔天左脚掌底开始酸痛, 跛脚了 |
