如果是自己用，不建议大批量囤货的。因为OB都给开处方孕维的（含叶酸，DHA）。药
店的那种孕吐反应大（个人情况），以前cvs50％的时候买过，后来也都没用上。如果
你是备孕，可以在药店少买点儿先。

第3个case,我觉得是mania,这个时候要鉴别:
1)精神症状首先总是要排除有没有substance use/poisoning 的问题，eg.PCP
2）是不是有depression的病史，你就知道是不是Bipolar还是单纯mania
3)评估homicide，suicide的危险，对怀疑psychiatric disorders的病人很重要。
4）bipolar 的genetic predisposition很强，常常有psychiatric comorbidities,要
screening.
当然首先你要知道是mania,还就是个angry patient, lol :P

1. adidas pulsado II TRX FG。我玩电游的爱好招致lp越来越大的反感，足球便成了
她眼中的最佳替代品（她可不是什么球迷，球盲一个），这双鞋就是她陪我一起买的，
我也是随便选了这双特价中的猴版predator。试鞋的时候草率，半个月后上场踢就郁闷
了：脚趾头和后跟都起了水泡，而且过了两个多月也适应不了，于是几个月后就来了第

2. adidas mania FG，另一种猴版predator，比pulsado更宽，穿起来舒服多了，于是
pulsado立即被打入冷宫，还差点被贱卖了。不过好景不长，mania用了不到两年皮就拉
伸的厉害，松松垮垮的，开大脚很不爽，终于在某日pickup后被我愤然扔进垃圾桶。而

亚洲的，大概只有老中是字典式的 weak tight, or nit 吧。
我所见过的韩国棒槌，80% 以上的都是 loose aggro, 属于一条道跑到黑，怎么赶都赶
不走的那一类, 其中又有很高比例（相对老中而言）是 mania。
老印现在玩牌的也很多，但玩的好的几乎没有几个。他们很多是属于 loose passive，
奇怪，几乎每个老印上班都带饭，怎么一上桌就不把钱当钱呢？
日本人几乎不打牌，偶尔看到有个把的，也是 fish.
在东部的越南佬，我碰到的不是很多。中东，黎巴嫩 (Sammy Farha?)的，偶尔碰到几
个，也是超 loose, as a matter fact, 这里赌场我碰到的最大的 mania, 就是中东来

我想找一种批量下载在线视频的工具, 当然支持的网站越多越好了. 主要功能就是能支
持搜索下载, 而不是单纯的嗅探或根据网址下载. 比如我在软件里输入"X-mania", 它
能自动搜索到目标网站上相关视频, 然后批量下载, 全自动那种. 能不能转换无所谓.

写的, 搞得我都没有兴趣看 souce. 但是歌都是 copy right的,
要找地方荡. 我现在都没有.
我觉得 Arcade 的跳舞机最爽. 其次是 PS2 上的 DDR Max 2.
Xbox 上的 DDR ultimate 最次. step mania 装了但是没有
歌所以无从谈起. 我听说评分标准比较容易. 评分最严格的
是 Arcade (街机), 而且非常一致. 我有一段时间一直跳不
过 8 feets. 但是在 xbox 上面 9 feets 都能过, 简直是乱
来.
我还是建议买一个 PS2, 和 Arcade look and feel 比较
接近. 而且 DDR Extrime 只有 PS2 的版本. 我就是冲着
DDR 买 PS2. |

Kindleberger（顺便说一下，这本书是研究bubbles的经典经济学著作，有兴趣的朋友
可以找来读一读）。作者在分析泡沫形成的周期中提到了一点，在泡沫的初期，一些投
资人获得了可观的收益，这时manias会以非常快的速度蔓延到社会的各个角落，原因是
，"There is nothing as much disturbing to one's well-being as seeing one's
friend get rich"。其实这句话不但适用于金融投资，在很多地方也都如此。没钱、一
事无成并不一定让人的心情压抑，最可怕的通常可能是看到自己的亲戚、朋友获得自己
没有获得的成功，而且关系越近，这种反差也常常越明显。那如何才能面对这种想法呢
？抛砖引玉，说几点我的看法：

发帖数: 3450 | 30 顺着幻觉在高速公路上逆向行车，驾照没收，被DA两个misdemeanor起诉，请律师花了
好久才把驾照拿回来和罪名除掉。你正常的时候是不会告诉别人你偷偷停药了的，但是
mania状态下你会很自豪的告诉警察自己没吃药。没吃药就要对自己的行为responsible
了。你自己发过病也是知道的，幻觉状态下会失去正常人的判断力，作出一些别人看起
来很奇怪的事∥我自己事后看警察报告，都吓得半死，当时要是85mph跟人对撞，那就
命都没了，还不止是我自己的命。。。
lamictal已经是mood stablizer里面副作用很小的了，停了发病真的不值得。我停了6
年停了两次，两次都是几个月之内出现幻觉。真的是伤不起啊，去年take了一年的
partial disability，现在又得找工作。再停药的话，驾照再被没收就拿不回来了，医
生说了停药就再也不给我开证明了。
我这真的是血的教训，虽然我自己很多时候都很想停药，mania时候的幻觉太美好了，
就跟毒品一样让人上瘾，而现实状态又是很让人depress的。
所以坚持不停药是要很大的意志力的，就跟看着毒品不吸一样。每次想停药的时候想想

状态，直到昨天晚上“突然”好了。
Depressive主要表现在做事情没有动力，行动和反应都迟缓。实在必须做的事情才会去
做。早上洗脸之前都必须站在镜子前“酝酿”上一阵子。走路速度、节奏缓慢。24x7一
直有说不出来的“不爽”。腿特别容易酸，站着就费劲，腿酸。
今天算是回到mania之前的状态了。希望能够多保持处于这个状态。
在depressive的这两个月，坚持一个星期有三次锻炼身体。有慢跑，有力量训练。 |

Step3考场壮烈回来。第一天挺累人，最后一个block甚至做到有心无力状，看着题反应
不过来，导致来不及做完。非常没有信心能否通过。所以match之前先考Step3的童鞋，

MCQ没有资格说，CCS有一点小感受，拿出来分享下。大家请轻拍砖。
复习资料：
UW 52 online cases : 基础。最好复习早起找高手一起过一遍，尽快摸熟软件，进入
状态。第二遍找一位水平相近童鞋过一遍，不断总结protocol. 考前迅速做一遍，熟练
运用protocol.
UW 41 offline cases: 我当时和partner每个case仔细做一遍，虽然不像online有反馈
，但对练临床思维，补充protocol非常有帮助。最后考试与41 case有异曲同工之处，
遇到复杂case也不慌神。

抑郁症（Major Depressive Disorder）与精神病性抑郁 (Psychotic depression)与燥郁
症（Bipolar disorder）均为独立的疾病实体，相互之间没有概念从属关系。张纯如的
诊断最初是抑郁症（Major Depressive Disorder），后来有医生诊断燥郁症（Bipolar
disorder）。这两个疾病都没有妄想表现。

2011年1月31日7时许，110转警至武汉天河机场派出所称一名旅客行李丢失。经了解，国奥队现役队员张某，下飞机将价值8万余元的物品遗失在出租车上。
