太多的甜食，做起dessert，糖，面的比例5：1 甚至更高。我一同事一天心情不好，安
慰自己一下，连吃3个 cheese cake。美国的肥胖率33。3％＋超重率66％，真不是吹牛
吹出来的。马路上的好多大肉山一样的胖子们招摇过市，坐下来，很大的椅子两侧，还
要支出去不少的肥肉。但人家自我感觉还很良好，还特重视打扮，一点没耽误衣橱里满
满当当的衣服鞋子。手指甲还要画花manicure，脚趾甲也要画花pedicure，脖子，手腕
，耳朵上，可是层层披挂的首饰。就是没看出美来。要是有人说他们Fat，那可是捅了
超级马蜂窝，活得不耐烦了。连Big都没人敢说他们。

WISHLIST给买点玩具衣服什么的，给他们过个节。
今年的单子下来了，HR让大家认捐。我说那好吧，我认捐几套衣服吧。然后HR就让我去
看单子，上面有需要衣服的尺寸。
那个单子我看了，实在是很不对胃口。那些小孩的简介实在让人啼笑皆非。比如一个小
孩说“我喜欢做MANICURE”.再比如一个小孩说“我喜欢穿PINK的衣服配MATCHING
PURSE".还有几个小孩WISH FOR电子游戏，HANNA MONTANA的化妆品，成套的电子车什么
的。
比如那个电子车，我看过目录，类似的要一百多块钱一套。我们黄小宝圣诞节心心念念
的还居然也是这个。我虽然会给他买，但是如果我贫困的话，我不会让别人给他买。
虽然我想小孩子有DREAM BIG的权利，但是想到我认助的国内的一个女孩子，寄来的照
片上面花样年华却穿的破破的衣服，我会质疑自己要不要去帮一个小孩买PINKY DRESS
WITH MATCHING PURSE，到底要不要让一个12岁的小孩做指甲的梦想得到满足。

那些外表朴实的老外没喷也没什么异味啊。个别人大夏天除外。我觉得Deoderant就够
用了。有些白帅哥喷的香喷喷的头发用Gel弄得刺刺的再suit up一下，可能是下班后有
date。
老中老外习惯真的不太一样。拿女的来说，老外很重视manicure pedicure之类的，化
妆服装搭配什么的，可能还没中国小姑娘上心。 |

1. 口语要练好，经典问题要仔细准备，反复练习，练到同一个问题有多种答案，从20秒到5分钟不等，不管回答什么问题都能自然而然的引到谈自己优点上去。 谈话中时刻面带笑容，即便你心里其实有些紧张， 以给人开朗好合作的感觉。
2. 个人形象要打理好，女生头发不管是披着还是扎起来，都要搞服帖，最好当天早上拉直一下，千万别顶着头天晚上洗完头后睡了一觉起来的蓬发去面试。指甲要搞干净，用french manicure比较合适，如果被注意到的话，会显得整洁又很爱护自己。女生一定要化妆，还要化精致。没有面试状经验的可以去sephora，mac或专柜请BA画一个，就说要参加resident 或doctor interview，他们对色彩，浓淡，质地都门清。
3. 个人觉得科研经历和方向是我的一个很大卖点，是我能拿到prematch的重要原因。一次面试中和一个没科研经验，毕业一年的小印聊天，他说有一个PD问他将来想做什么科，他说心内科，PD直接说你是在做白日梦。科研是广大小印/巴/加勒比IMG没有的东西，是咱们领先于他们的唯一地方，是决定咱们将来能申请上fellowship，好让program有 |

选择店最重要的是看facial的效果了，当然要试过才知道。。
不过有几点也可以参考作为评判的标准。
1，只做skincare.不推荐那种haircare, manicure,pedicure,skincare集为一体的..
业精于单而非杂..:p
2，装修素雅，摆设精美，分makeup,treatment,休息专区，facial,body有单独的房间。
3, therapist礼貌周到,说话细声,手指柔软,动作轻盈有序,介绍what's applied on yo
ur face now,
而且能够准确判断出customer 皮肤的属性
4, 产品无刺激性
5, 不强加推荐package
想到我再填,也欢迎补充.
first appointment当然就只定时间,通常去了会先诊断你的皮肤,然后推荐相应的packa
ge..
以后又比较中意的therapist,再约的时候就可以定时间和therapist..
原来在中国的时候都说一星期一次,不过我在这边听到的说法是一星期皮肤还没有完全恢
复呢,
如果有做extraction..油性皮肤推荐两周一次,否则一个月即可. |
