好久没来这里了。最近听说又有一个海归，归海的纠结。就上来看看。
原来又是一个北大老弟。一声叹息之余，想想也许可以做点什么。
前几天忙着自己的一些事，但这事一直在脑海里，挥之不去，长吁短叹之后，今天有点
时间，也许能写点什么。

象我们公司， PGM 直接成了 Scrum master， Dev manager 直接成了 product owner
。不说别的，跟 Agile 的 12条 principles 根本不搭边，跟 Agile Manifesto 也是
相背的。只是为了套这个 process 而用这个 process。
Scrum除了 micromanagement，我也没看出一点好处。大家都 Scrum 了，但是成效呢？
长远的效率提高了多少？Nokia 还不是一样完蛋。 |
