律宾的外交部和海外警卫队现在已经联手开始清理在黄岩岛上所有跟菲律宾没有关系的
任何标记。
但是由海岸警卫队的指挥官埃德蒙·陈这个人说，他现在是由外交部来制定政策，海岸
警卫队来执行，执行之后会向外交部提供搜集到的标记物件，在由外交部根据这些提出
针对其他国家的抗议，那媒体的解读是菲律宾现在这样的操作是单方面将黄岩岛认定是
菲律宾方面的领土，所以一切不属于菲律宾的就必须被清除掉。
但与此同时刚刚在纽约的联合国总部举行的纪念1982年关于和平解决国际间争端的马尼
拉宣言发表30周年的活动当中，菲律宾的外长德尔罗萨里奥和联合国秘书长潘基文都强
调要和平解决争端的重要性，所以可以看出围绕中菲黄岩岛的一个争端，菲律宾会在文
斗当中发挥更多的心思。 |

MANILA: The Philippines on Wednesday denied reports it is considering moving
its embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
In a message sent to Arab News, Robespierre Bolivar, the Department of
Foreign Affairs (DFA) spokesperson, said that the Philippines supported the
two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
