两室一厅，一厨一卫，卧室、客厅宽敞明亮，位于二楼，采光好。每个房间房屋内自带
有冰箱、微波炉、洗碗机、空调等，设施齐备。家具齐全，包括有双人床、单人床各一
个，沙发、茶几、电视、餐桌、椅子，学习桌椅、床头柜、台灯（落地3个，台式1个）
、厨房锅碗瓢盆应有尽有，完全可以直接拎包住。房租每月625刀（含水、网、电视费
、垃圾处理费），只需另交电费即可。租房合同日期灵活，想租到哪日都可，最后一个
月可按天结算。
二、优越的地理位置：
小区位于亚洲超市对面，离Payless超市、Marsh超市、沃尔玛超市、奥迪超市、
Goodwill二手店等步行均在5-15分钟内。离BMV（考驾照处）、邮局、Chase银行、
Indiana University Health中心、必胜客、麦当劳、burger king、Subway等步行也均
在5-15分钟内。BP加油站，CarX修车店与小区毗邻。门口有10路公交车, 从住房到公交
站牌1分钟不到；房后有4B公交车（周日也有车）1-2分钟到达车站。两车之间有10分钟
