We will hike Long Trail, the total distance is 6.5 miles, moderate
difficulty, elevation gain 2800 ft, about 4-5 hours hiking. We will leave at
7:00AM, car pool fee is $25/person

都可以做火车。
如果嫌太吵，人可以适应的， 至多装一层隔音材料。
买房的时候是要把‘好不好卖’考虑在内， 这个镇整体说是好的，可buyer需求还是比别
的紧邻城市的镇低了很多（因此买价也便宜很多）。
行业里头有句话：没有卖不出去的房， 只有卖不出去的价！
意思是：只要你的价格比别人的足够低， 还是会卖得出去。 |

Zillow estimate可以作为参考， 不作为主要参数。 |

RI有两个传统好学区，Barrington和East Greenwich。一个在布朗东南，一个正南。对
于你老公来说，交通时间太长，根本不用考虑。有些教授住在East Side，公校很差，
只能把孩子送私校，交通时间也较长，但是对于你来说，可以照顾孩子。
当然我觉得往北走，住在Sharon和Westwood更好点，学区比RI的好，交通对于两口子都
不算太差。Mansfield和Foxboro就不用考虑，传统白人镇，学区还行，对于亚裔来说学
区还是比较薄弱。
如果你不需要每天去学校，可以更往北住，我知道有的布朗教授都住在
Brookline，反方向交通，一个小时就到Providence。对于你老公要方便多了。如果你
还在tenure-track，估计可能需要经常往学校跑，不太方便。 |

Franklin的小学zillow评分有一个是10,中学是6,高中是7,高中ap参加率是47%;
Mansfield评分是7,7,9,高中ap参加率确实低些,39% |

，鱼很多。uconn附近的那几个pond说时候不太好钓，mansfield hollow那边有船还行
，没船的话估计也就能钓钓sunfish和crappie。 |

基本上，mansfield st以西，铁路以东治安就不太好了
我觉得最好的区域是science hill上和east rock附近
也是中国人集中居住的地方
yale老中的据点主要有prospect st上的prospect garden，ivy manor
这两个是学校的房子，申请的网址是

估计会比较符合你的要求：在校车线上，每天都有推着婴儿车散步的
2b $1100-1300左右吧
缺点是小孩子太多，可能会比较吵
不过你自己也有小孩的话就不吃亏了:)
另一个据点是orange st，以 orange 516为首，主要是价钱便宜
这些地方都算是比较安全 |
