不考CAS TRACK,哪本都没用过,但当年我用H. Mahler's NOTES过的COURSE 3,4.只能说
经典.LOSS MODEL这门课都没学过,完全是看他的MANUAL 过的. 把复杂的用最通俗易懂
的语言写出来.
但应该会很贵.当年他的SEMINAR 都是爆不上名,很多人从加州来BOSTON 听.
他是94-95 CAS 主席.并且多年担任CAS 考试委员会主席.
不过他05年以后就不再写MANUAL了吧.现在又写了???? 买他的没错 |

itself is already a lot to me.....
Some people say they passed with just manual, some say they have to go back
to the books. I guess it all depends on your time and your own study method. |

of complementary primers. If you are using multiple primers to introduce
multiple changes simultaneously, then you need to phosphorylate the 5'.
