算了,我一稿多投,给你们年轻人鼓鼓劲。:)
跑完了马拉松,下个阶段准备侧重力量练习。因为右膝盖还没好,现在下肢
的练习还会受限制。慢慢再看吧。
10/17: Marahon

10/19: X Stretch
10/20: 20 minute easy biking
10/21: Yoga X
10/22: Cathe Upper Body Pyrimid
10/23: 3 miles recovery run;hiking 3 hours
这一周整个以恢复为主。

没两天就放假养膘去了
赶紧的,稍微总结一个,我的2010。
先说race吧:
March,Oakland Half Marathon: 2h03m56s
August, 华体会:100M,200M,400M个人,4X100M,16X100M接力
August, 5K: over 27m, cannot remember the exact time.
September, Race for the Cure, 5K: 24m53s
October, San Jose Rock n Roll, Half Marahon: 1h57m13s
December, California International Marathon: 3h59m57s
unofficial race:
October, 5K: 24m52s
November, 10K 自测1: 53m, 自测2: 52m09s
去年年底的展望(汗一个,当时太嚣张了)
完成状况:
除了group long run,一个都没达标。
全马意外提前两年完成目标(原计划练3年,跑sub 4)

it depends on how fast you run, anyone needs to drink and eat if it takes
too long time
usually I think it's not necessary to eat and drink if the workout is within
2hrs. So for 3hr marahon runners, they just need to eat and drink a little
and stay up for another 1hr until they finish.
For 4hr+ runners, to avoid hitting the wall, it's better to eat and drink
more on the way because they have to spend longer time on the course
