，没见版上的弟兄们提起过，个人觉得有点道理，拿出来跟大家分享。
Marathon Peak Pace (MPP)
教练给的定义：8-10 Second Faster than your Marathon Pace
对我来说，Marathon目标3：20, Marathon Pace: 7'38"，教练给我定的MPP是7’29”
指导思想：Marathon训练应该围绕着Marathon Peak Pace，而不是Marathon Pace
原因：在正式比赛过程中，需要WARM UP，WATER BREAK等，另外大多人比赛的最后阶段
都会或多或少的出现一些问题，前面跑快一点建立起的BUFFER允许你进行必要的调整。
因此，大多数的时间你需要跑的比你的MARATHON PACE快。所以，训练也要比Marathon
Pace快点。
MPP在训练中的应该主要有两个方面：
TEMPO RUN：FIRST MILE MPP，SECOND MILE 1/2 MARATHON PACE, 2 MILE 10K |

前两天看到target里面britax marathon classic打折，觉得也算中等了，冲过去就买

像多数人一样, 只是空口说白话并无任何执行计画, 也因此离BQ只剩14秒竟拖了14个月
才达成.跑完今年的Boston, 看了板上大家对以赛代练的讨论才好好反省一下. 其实知
道以赛代练是不好的, 但是对我这懒人是强迫训练的方式. 以前对我还蛮有效的, 成绩
也是一直有进步,
事实上是吃老本, 到了一定程度以后就没用了. 如果我还如此下去, 那sub3应该是遥遥
无期了

去年纽约三人组挑战Yonkers，两人PR，一人PW。取得Personal Worst的同学边走边跑

bags, ready for the big race. We got
on the bus around 6 which took us from Boston common to Hopkinton. The
temperature was in the 40s and
windy. Some say it was once in a life time weather for Boston marathon (

race started and I didn't feel much wind except for a few short moments).

Diego R&R), I don't recommend full marathon for any R&R series race. It
seems that the whole R&R series is very commercialized and is catered for
half marathon only. Typically there are only about 10% people running the
full marathon so they often totally ignore the interest of full marathoners.

the win at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials in Houston on Saturday with
an unofficial time of 2:09:07. Hall finished second to join Meb in the 2012
London Olympics. Abdi Abdirahman finished third. This is the first U.S.
Trials in history in which three men finished under 2:10, and according to
Runner's World the first time since the 1983 Boston Marathon three men have
gone under 2:10 in the same event.

Marathon and will get more marathon runners if you make it know this is BQ
course. Some people didn't even know that LI has a full marathon becasue all

犹豫是买大家一致推崇的Britax marathon 还是Britax Roundabout Convertible Car
Seat。一般MARATHON的折扣活动多，价钱两个也能差不多。
后者的一大优点是尺寸比marathon小一点。
我家的车市FORD FOCUS, 4by4的小车，不知道MARATHON能装的下不？？
