已获得民主党人「压倒性的支持」；她并反批只有反对她的同党男性议员，才会拿她的
性别作文章。
美联社报导，新一届众院预定明年1月3日选出下任议长，由于民主党在这次期中选举获
得230席，是从水门事件以来的最多席次，因此曾在小布希总统任内当过众院议长的波
洛西，今年希望能卷土重来。
问题是，她至少需要218票才能确保胜选，这个数字距离民主党的230席差别不算大，而
且共和党人极可能全数投下反对票，因此波洛西需要拿到的民主党人票数愈多愈好。
然而，以麻州联邦众议员莫尔顿(Seth Moulton)为首的17位众院民主党人签署公开信，

美国食品暨药物管理局(FDA)前华裔化学家梁诚一(Cheng Yi Liang，音译)，因屡次利用与职务有关的非公开资料从事内线交易，5日获判五年徒刑。他从内线交易获得的380万元非法利益也被下令没收。
助理司法部长布鲁尔(Lanny Breuer)说：「梁诚一利用在FDA担任化学家接触的敏感内线资料，从制药业股票市场获得不法利益。他多年来利用在FDA的职务在股市轻易赚钱，可是今天的判刑显示这种做法的后果。」
卫生福利部督察长办公室特别探员马隆(Elton Malone)说：「梁某利用敏感的内线资料大胆谋利。他不知道调查人员早就利用先进科技工具发掘和追踪犯罪行为。我们将继续坚持联邦员工遵守最高标准。」

。有心做交易员的读者，应将这些书全都看了。但必须从中总结出适合自己的法则来。
我想要强调的是两个字：平衡。平衡这两个字用于生活，用于交易都有好处，下面仅仅
是举些例子。这些原则说起来容易，自己也很难全做到。
1.人生的平衡
胸无大志、不求上进固然不可，强求功名也同样不可。投资与交易（不同于圈钱）这一
职业，一方面有其惊险刺激、点石成金的魔力，另一方面，世上竟无一人子承父业，可
见其必定有得有失。
2.战略与战术的平衡
战略上要自信，要有打败一切敌人的信心和勇气；战术上要谨慎，要时刻认识到自己知
识与水平的局限性。准备交易时必须如临深渊、如履薄冰，对每一个细节都不要放过。
3.与华尔街的距离保持平衡
在华尔街要做到出淤泥而不染很难。在短线上与华尔街结盟也能赚不少钱，但要长期取

its locations. Out of those, eight of them reside in Manhattan. The news isn
't exactly a shock; back in June, reports came in that Daffy's couldn't pay
its vendors, and that buyers were actually forced to take vacation while the

last ditch effort, but it appears that she's chosen to go the liquidation

matches with uncanny accuracy, is now an iPhone application.
The Brazilian software developer behind the program, uTouchLabs, describes
it as a "fun way to randomly choose between two options."
"Cinema or theatre? Pizza or sushi? Skirt of dress? Marcia or Andrea? Ask
the Octopus?" it says.
The user types in the options and a cartoon octopus chooses between them.
The program costs 99 cents to download from Apple's iTunes.
