位於西溫區海旁大道(Marine Drive)最西端的懷特懸崖海洋公園(Whytecliff Marine
Park)是加拿大第一個海洋保護區域，成立於1993年。公園三面被藍色海水圍繞，一側
懸崖高高凸出於海面，一側則有平緩的卵石灘，在低潮位時，可經過卵石灘爬上一座小
島，領略更美的海景。
懷特懸崖海洋公園內棲息兩百多種海洋生物，雖然很多生物無法讓人從海面上一睹芳
容，潛水愛好者卻能盡情探索。當然，在夏季某些時候，經常能看到海豹好奇地將腦袋
探出海面。退潮時，公園內還經常可以看到大藍鷺停駐在沙洲上，尋找美食。公園內的
所有生物受到嚴格保護，任何遊客不得在水中或者礁石上採集貝殼魚類。
公園面臨的海面是喬治亞灣(Strait of Georgia)，往返溫哥華與波文島(Bowen Island
)、陽光海岸的渡輪行經此處。此外在晴好日子，海面白帆點點，海鷗翱翔，一片安詳

我练背的时候总是最后做pull up, 每组只能做4个...能做十几个我还挺吃惊的, 以为
最多做十个, 重在参与...
理论上要20个才能送t-shirt, 但是我中途摘了一次眼镜, 换了一次grip, marine哥们
看我可怜所以赏了一件t-shirt. 后面写
着"pain is weakness leaving the body", 面料还是那种速干的. |

次grip, 因为之前和一marine聊天那哥
们说如果reverse grip累了换standard grip会好些, 我想他们应该是专家所以就试了
试结果我换了之后立刻就委了...后来下来
之后那哥们说是放松的时候换不是空中换... |

难的是跑步。 个人体会上肢和腹肌力量就算有2-3周不怎么练都不会有很大幅度的衰退
， 但跑步只要一周不跑，吃的再不干净点立马就能感觉到速度会下降. 另外，Marine
和 army fitness test max out requirement很大一点不同在于marine没有年龄组，你
就是60岁，要想拿300， 3miles也是18:00. |

日下一边听变态的哈雷噪音吸废气敬礼
几小时. 太牛逼了. 到后期完全就是靠意志品质撑住, 身体的抖动和表情和做plank后
期相似. 观众会不时欢呼鼓掌, 老兵经过的
时候都会回敬礼, 还有后座上的老奶奶丢花什么的.
youtube上搜索rolling thunder marine vigil能搜到不少他的视频, 看着挺感动的... |

最后一天潜水了，还是在San Pedro Marine Reserve。Walter和Pablo都去了，答应带
我们去两个昨天没去过的点。Walter带一个俄罗斯来的六人团；Pablo本来是带我和一
对美国夫妻的，结果那个美国男生早上临时变卦不来了，Pablo就有点不高兴；钱是小
事，白白浪费了一个名额，还有人在waitlist上眼巴巴等着呢。
第一个tank在Tackle Box，感恩节假期到了，今天有20多个人去Blue Hole，潜水电脑
和比较新的装备都先供应他们了，我分到了一个挺旧的BCD，也没电脑了:-( 所以今天
的数据都是管Pablo要的，不是很准确。最深80ft，水下时间50min。地形跟昨天的很像
，觉得近海的这些堡礁形状都类似，都是一条条的小山脉，

发帖数: 809 | 19 今天本来sign up的是Elbow - Turneffe South，早上6点出发，单程坐船要将近两个小
时。结果人数不够取消了，改成去近处的San Pedro Marine Reserve，不用再一次的天
不亮就起床，也挺好。Belize堡礁San Pedro段大概是Belize潜水的招牌了；25年休渔
的历史，把保护区里的鱼养的又大又肥。九点出发，4个diver，DM是Walter，还有三个
学生跟着CJ上课。
第一个tank在Tres Cocos，最深95ft，水下时间42min。一下去就看到了几条大鱼在空
空的水里游来游去，有一条很像grouper(石斑)。
晚饭的时候特意吃了，烧烤的、吃不出本身的鲜味；肉虽嫩，却不似鳕鱼那般细腻，算
不得是鱼中上品啊，呵呵。之后就是在珊瑚山上游。这里的地形和第一天C.C. Marine
reserve的很像，一座座小山头间夹着沙地，珊瑚没有前两天外海看到的那么密集，
不过鱼挺多的，
就是都不大，一群群的围着珊瑚转，有时候抬头、看顶上的一堆堆鱼像漫天的繁星。看
到两只同类型的鱼互相追逐，还看到一种鱼特别喜欢拿脑袋撞石头:-D

菜鸟没戏。:( 而且升加速和空头技能的时机把握也不够好。 总之堵口一波这种总是
提心吊胆，marine，mm，xx,追猎海哪个都不是好对付的。当然如果读报占了便宜就容
