other. Due to the requirement of his job, he has to go back to Taiwan at this
point. However, as a native Chinese, it seems it is impossible for me to go
to Taiwan. We just brought out the issue of getting married lately, and then

many other areas are the worst among all the filing status. And if one
spouse itemizes, the other one can't use standard deduction.
If the two persons' income are quite different, filing jointly is better. US

这首歌 Marry You 三四年前在目前很红火的电视剧集 Glee 里面，被用来当作婚礼场
面的歌舞音乐。这场婚礼的新郎新娘的两个儿子都在 Glee 的合唱团里，新郎的儿子是
个同性恋。
这段婚礼场面拍得非常成功，你完全可以感受到那种欢欣喜悦的感情，非常感人。从此
以后，这首曲子就成为很多婚礼上新人的指定歌曲。在 YouTube 上甚至可以找到有人
完全模仿 Glee 的婚礼，跳舞的 choreography 还有服装都与电视剧一模一样。V 叔贴
的这一段，他们的编舞与 Glee 不太一样，难度较低适合年纪较大的演出者，但整个演
出的感觉是我看过几个业余模仿里面比较成功的一场制作。真情可感。

utah收到IRS这个更改，把standard or itemized deduction一下从5000多，给我降到
不到300，基本上就是5000刀的difference，要退给utah state好几百刀。08年和09年
的都得退。算了一下，如果交钱的话，utah state tax我不但没有tax return，还要补
交。
最可气的是学校的tax office的所谓tax specialist，名字叫Sara的，一问三不知，告
诉我N年没看这些tax law了。

如果是选择宗教仪式， 准备结婚的人自己选择宗教代表（religious representative）
就可以了， 但是， 这个宗教代表必须是符合婚姻法的规定， 经过人口统计部门（Vit

如果是选择民间仪式， 那么只要找到一位有
