法的例子。合法化一般和一定的权益关联。比如合法的婚姻有一定的法定权益。如果gay marriage不合法，你同样可以说你们要结婚。只不过得不到法律承认，没有相关权益罢了。
也就是说合法化表示的是社会的承认相关权益。非罪化只不过是说没有罪，不抓你。但是不等于承认。
说道乱伦，这事情本来也不该法律管。你说兄妹乱伦了你是要给抓起来么？如果不去抓的话还把它定位非法干啥？ |
