国人的比例要高出不少。但PhD绝对不是做IP的必须条件

1965年9月30日，印尼发生了当地共产党政变事件，使中国的“输出革命”政策遭到一
次惨重的挫败。
印尼，历来被称作宗教宽容之国，不同民族、不同宗教的通婚在那里很平常。印尼从民
间到政府所信奉的社会准则，与共产主义的“意识形态”格格不入。从50年代起，中共
向印尼投下最大赌注，试图拨转印尼的国家政治方向：拉拢苏加诺，向印尼提供经济援
助，扶助印尼共产党（PKI），操纵华人配合印尼共党的“革命运动”等等。据说周恩

读书笔记：《丁韪良与中国》 外语教学与研究出版社 2008年
丁韪良，字冠西，原名William Alexander Parsons Martin，1827-1916，是美北长老
会（American Presbyterian Mission [North]）派遣到中国的传教士。丁韪良在中国
的生活长达62年（1850-1916，其中有不连续的四年返回美国休假），在华期间，他长
期担任北京同文馆的总教习，并在1898年戊戌变法期间被任命为京师大学堂第一任西学
总教习。虽然丁韪良在第二次鸦片战争和庚子拳乱期间的行为有所争议，但是他为中国
当时的“西学东渐”文化运动做出了功勋卓越的成绩，值得肯定。
一、早年和宁波传教
丁韪良1846年毕业于Indiana州立大学，随后进入新奥尔良神学院接受Calvinism的《圣
