这里面Land Rover Discovery驾驶感觉最smooth，很舒服。不过样子实在是不太喜欢。
Lux的Discovery价格直逼LR4 HSE。我觉得如果非要买的话，还是买LR4 HSE。
美国车中规中矩，cadillac的fancy feature也不少，lincoln电子设备上没啥新
feature，不过座椅有massage，一边开一边massage，真的很蛋疼。加速都很肉。
媳妇儿说驾驶起来Macan好于Cayenne，但是价格上Macan比Cayenne还贵，而且后排
macan的声噪要比cayenne大。第一个试驾的就是porche，试驾结束老婆就说就订macan

I uesed to be suffering from that in college.(got it in ping pang exercising).
it comes all in a sudden, I cann't keep my back straight. bending my body
forward, I walked like a old man.
massage is the treatment I used to get me out of the pain. a doctor did that
for me very day for 1 month befor I felt easy to walk.
my suggestion: don't move a lot, professional massage, be careful of dealing
with heavy works after recover.

发帖数: 1121 | 46 网上有说明，mm可以搜索一下子，中文搜“会阴按摩”，英文搜“perineum massage”
，方法其实都大同小异。我midwife当时教我的是用手指往后面拉的动作，一开始的时
候感觉有点点疼，后来慢慢就好了。这个提前个4，5周做就可以了吧，不过也有人在
second trimester就做的。我是等到快最后了才做的，效果也还可以。
还有就是如果想减少撕裂，那么在push的时候要注意不要瞎用劲儿，到宝宝快出来的时
候要慢慢的用力，我当时可能就还是力气大了一些，所以破了一些小口子，midwife说
是1度撕裂（不过我在push的时候midwife一边帮我massage，一边说这个是一定要撕裂
的。。。搞的我很郁闷）。我感觉因为我当时没有用epidural，所以用力的时候有感觉
，比较容易掌控。 |

发帖数: 5207 | 47 好几个月以前，因为家里出了点意外，我妈在我没出月子的时候就回去了。这样造成的
结果是，有一个月左右的时间主要是我带娃。老公那会儿已经上班了，但是他晚上和周
末会干很多家务，也非常努力的学习如何照顾新生儿。也就是从那个时候起，我们家开
始有了一个小传统，就是我们俩每天一起给宝宝洗澡，我负责洗，他负责把娃抱进抱出
，洗完涂lotion,再顺便给他做个full body massage。我们还有一个习惯，就是晚上睡
觉前我给娃念故事，等他困了就叫老公冲一瓶奶拿到娃的房间来。喂完奶之后，我们一
起给他穿睡衣，唱催眠歌，最后跟他kiss goodnight。这些事情当然一个人也可以做，
不过我们考虑到这是为数不多的老爸和儿子bonding的机会，所以只要没有特殊原因，
我们每天就继续这么做。后来我发现，当我老公给儿子做massage和抱着他唱歌的时候
，小家伙特别的受用，脸上总是一幅甜蜜的表情。而这样的场景，也是我每天琐碎生活
中的亮点。
我产假快结束的时候，公公婆婆来了。他们（尤其是我婆婆）很疼爱宝宝，也很勤快。
不过昨天婆婆跟我说“以后小孩儿洗澡和喂奶你就不要麻烦xxx（我老公）了。假如你
