来美国10多年了。总是听别人说歧视，自己从来没有感受过，直到前几天。
阴差阳错的我就到了那个法庭里，被告是中国人，罪名是组织卖淫，原告是州政府。
先抄了那个中国massage，抓了所有人，其中一个不服，上来打陪审团。
陪审团是要从50个人里选出12个人，由双方律师轮流提问，目的是在于确认那被选的12个

关于perineum massage，mm们可以搜索一下子，中文搜“会阴按摩”，英文搜“
perineum massage”，方法其实都大同小异。我midwife当时教我的是用手指往后面拉
的动作，一开始的时候感觉有点点疼（就是大家说的burning sensation），后来慢慢
就好了。这个提前个4，5周做就可以了吧，不过也有人在second trimester就做的。我
是等到快最后了才做的，效果也还可以。
还有就是如果想减少撕裂，那么在push的时候要注意不要瞎用劲儿，到宝宝快出来的时
候要慢慢的用力，我当时可能就还是力气大了一些，所以破了一些小口子，midwife说
是1度撕裂（不过我在push的时候midwife一边帮我massage，一边说这个是一定要撕裂
的。。。搞的我很郁闷）。我感觉因为我当时没有用epidural，所以用力的时候有感觉
，比较容易掌控。
关于呼吸法，大家一致推荐的是lamaze呼吸法，不过我没有看过真正的lamaze呼吸法是
什么，既然大家都推荐那一定是有他的好处吧。我也 |

估计肯定没有deep tissue massage爽。呵呵。：）
我认识有老人，颈部有轻微血栓，很容易诊断，好像是B超，几分钟就发现
哪里堵了。很小的手术。当天回家。 颈部就是简单啊！
从前是血脂高，各个指标都高，而且临界高血压。
瘦下来，全正常了。但也许长期颈部是有问题，不是颈椎，就是肌肉，最坏是血管狭窄
。约大夫了。
