Washington等我觉得挺好的，这几天找了中介，他说60万在上述地方买不到太好的房子
，他给找的都是Massapequa, Seaford 或者Plainview这些区域的，我不太了解，中介
说这些都是好的地方，中国人也不少，是这样么？有人了解这些地方么？

be in a pharmacy during a holdup confronted the robber as he tried to leave
with money and painkillers, and both were shot to death.

第二天又找回去，发现我们拿的是车子 B， B比A 少了几个配置，大概2000刀，包括

到达的时间一拖再拖，一直到了1月31号才运到。

trade in 旧车，办贷款，换保险，一切顺利。期间我们没有去检查新车，也没有试驾

Garden City （南面来说比较贵）, Merrick, Bellmore, Wantagh, Massapequa都很好，nice neiborhood with very decent schools, 而且坐LIRR很方便，40分钟左右到penn station.
East Meadow（中国人相对较多）, Bethpage, Levittown更便宜点，也还行,不过east
meadown和levittown没有自己的火车站。 |

南面overall 更affordable.区的区别比较大。RVC（rockville center)有些condo，single,young couple, family的mix，另外就要往东走几个town才比较nice了，但比较适合family.Garden city, merrick, bellmore, massapequa, etc.are all nice towns. For me，I like the fact that on the south shore you got your SFH w/ decent yard for not so crazy prices and the friendliness and closeness between neighbors, which is important. |
