发帖数: 20 | 38 背景：女，ME，在某半导体公司做process engineer2年，换工作的原因，个人没有发
展空间，而且行业不景气，组里还各种变态，非常辛苦。
目前手头有两个offer：
1. Apple：Sr. module process engineer,虽然还是process engineer，但是跳出半导
体行业，学的东西会多些, job security好
2. Applied Material: product engineer：虽然名气赶不上Apple,但是职位换成
product engineer,比较面向customer，重点不用on-call,面试老板也还不错，重视员
工career develop.
听说APPLE硬件组无比辛苦，害怕从一个火坑调到另一个火坑，根本照顾不了家庭。但
是热门公司job security应该比半导体行业相对好些。Applied Material虽没离开半导体
，但是跳出process engineer的坑，职业发展有望扩展，而且不用on-call,相对不怎么
辛苦。
现在非常纠结，有家有娃的既要养家糊口，还想着职业发展，请各位大侠帮忙给个建议
