他的第一步是论证我满足C（published material）和E（contribution）：把我的所有
推荐信全文复制，占到了PL篇幅的一半。然后用三句话总结这一部分。
第二步是论证我满足E（contribution）和F（authorship）：一共10句话，指出要看
exhibit，里面有google scholar，impact factor，citation map。所有这几个表格都
是我自己写好发给他的。其中citation map是我做的Excel表格，写着推荐信中的哪句
话对应我的哪篇文章，对应哪篇引用我的文章。这个表格是我写出来给律师看的，本意
是为了他对我推荐新的结构心中有数。结果他创造性的用来当exhibit。
第三部论证我满足C（published material）和E（contribution）：没错，继第一步之
后，C和E又出现了一次。一共10句话，指出要看exhibit，仍然是google scholar。

间犹豫，最后决定还是用前者。虽然后者好像看起来faculty的paper看起来更少，但是
里面大部分学校都不是大众眼里的牛校。IO来看的话，视觉冲击不如sci & engr那么大
，那里里面的学校都是一说出来，大家都觉得是engieering的牛校。我的average
citation跟前者在同一个range上面，并没有大大超出，但是却是比第二个大很多，所
以，我最后还是选择了前者。如果你的学位或者方向可以match另外一个，也可以同时
放上，所以，我最后又添加了chemical engineering，虽然两者差不多，但是要的就是
里面的学校全是牛校。 |

01了。看了一下demo, 比起来用顺了的bootstrap，变化还是蛮大的，感觉更向mobile
靠拢了很多。
一个问题是如果用ngMaterial, mobile怎么办？ngMaterial声明了和ionic不
compatible. 倒是找到了一个 ionicmaterial , 但这样就不是官方的ngMaterial了。
想问问大家在工作中用 material design 的多么， 做Mobile web app 的话有什么推
荐的途径？感觉react-native 和native-script都更多是gear toward Angular 2.0的
。用Angular 1.*的话，是不是还是沿用Ionic framework 呢？ |

所以你们老师要你们讲理由嘛
for example.如果是manufacturer (比较多fixed asset)
那你就用每个segment的fixed asset % (segment fixed asset/ total fixed asset)
来做你的allocation %罗
重点就是找cost driver嘛 跟cost accounting那时候差不多吧 |

上个星期投了一篇communication到advanced materials，当时online submission完了
之后受到确认信说submission 成功了。现在已经五六天了，也没有收到信说送出去
REVIEW，去网上的那个manuscript express查询，也没有更新。请教有经验的大侠，这
个正常么？是不是只要submission成功就不会告诉你文章送审了？下面是不是乖乖等消
息就行了？另外这个杂志审稿要多长时间？
