这个公司好像号称是不裁员的，他们把业务分为四个不同领域,有些领域随市场波动大
，有些波动小，
来实现所谓的平衡。
他们招人的一个卖点就是公司是由工程师管理的，所以没有政治。没有政治肯定是乱扯
，有人的地方
就有江湖。讽刺的是许多评论都说公司缺乏管理，战略不清。。。难道Maxim的管理层
真的以工程师
为主？而且貌似Maxim没有专门的HR部门。我也不知这算是正常还是不正常。 |

DDI（Development Dimensions International）搞的企业员工业绩管理和评价的系统
，网上查了一下国内大概叫“绩效管理”。公司给做了一天的讲座就让我们每个人开始
实施了。由于公司第一次实施，俺以前也没有任何相关经验，不知道这个东西的厉害之
处在什么地方，有些什么陷阱，怎么有效的尽可能的避开这些陷阱。希望能够跟过来人
请教一下。
Maximizing Performance 具体做法在年度开始前每个员工要根据supervisor的要求和
计划给自己订下每个年度的计划，包括一系列Key Results Areas和对应的非常具体（
SMART-specific，measurable，attainable，relevant, Time-bounded）的目标（
objectives），和用以达到每个目标的“能力”（Competencies).和老板协商好后老板
（Supervisor）要签字批准该计划。年度开始后主要任务就是全力实现自己和老板订好
的计划里面的目标 |

现在mandatory 的退休账户，自己的contribution 加上empoyer match一年大概有20K.
403(b)和457(b) 可以每年最多各自再contribute １６.5k.
这样如果全部存满的话一年可以有50K.
如果打算再工作35年的话，有没有必要maximize所有的计划？ |

max F(x,y,z)
s.t.: a(x,y,z)<=a0 (<=表示小于或等于)
b(x,y,z)<=b0
c(x,y,z)<=c0
已知是：
对于unconstraint problem:
max F(x,y,z)
其solution: x*,y*,z*满足以下条件：
a(x*,y*,z*)>=a0 (>=表示大于或等于)
b(x*,y*,z*)>=b0
c(x*,y*,z*)>=c0
目的是:
判断inequality constraints是否binding.
直觉上好像应该bind,不过不知道有没有类似的定理可以用于证明的。
如果这个问题没有确定的答案，欢迎对F,a,b,c的性质进行假设。
或者能提供一本概括constraint maximization高级定理（Simon& Blume
没有相关深度的内容）的书也很有帮助。
一个有用的信息点给一个包子，完整的解出给三个。

说眼斜心不正，一直都不知道这个烙印从哪里找的这个题目。后来刷leetcode的时候才
遇到这个类似的题目，其实比Maximal Rectangle还难，必须用priority queue而非
stack才能解出来。我发誓以后onsite面烙印全部都把这个题目扔出去。 |

，觉得管理起来比较麻烦。于是今年开始maximize 401k roth ira 457b（因为我们在
政府部门，所以有个457b账号，跟401k类似，自己税前contribute，但雇主不match）
。LD说放太多钱在退休账号里了，大家帮忙看看。
多的钱放在457b的好处是：
+ 可以少交税
+ 投资收益不收税
+ 理财简单，我们直接买了target retirement fund
不好的地方是：
- 没什么余钱，每个月几乎都花光
- 碰上08年房地产市场崩溃，没有现金抄底 |
