McDonnell? They do a lot of transmission/power and facility design. Since
they compensation structure is different from many other firms with lower
base salary and higher incentive year-end bonus. I am not sure if that will
enforce employees work harder. I saw some posts online to the company expect
you to work 45+ hours per week. I am not sure if that is true. Many thanks. |

给成飞去做。
如果军工项目立项过多，国家经济转型期间，财政无法支持全部项目，怎么办？某些单
位无法接到军工项目，就不得不转型。而保持一个单位的研发能力，其实花费是非常巨
大的。只是养着员工，给生活费的话，研发能力很快就废了，必须要给研发项目。而没
有生产任务的研发意味着大量浪费。当国家军费非常充裕时（例如冷战期间的美国），
可以同时开发多个项目，养着多个研发单位。但是当国家财力无法支持时，就要有单位
被迫转型。
1991年美国空军在先进战术战斗机计划中，没有选择McDonnell Douglas 公司的原型机
YF-23 。研发过包括F-15在内的多种军用机的McDonnell Douglas ，最终在1997年被
Boeing兼并。按照保持有竞争力的公司的理念，美国空军应该给当时仍然颇有实力的
McDonnell Douglas 大笔军用机合同，来养着研发团队。但是以美国的国力，也没有

，发布会由电视台直播，向中国人展示，他们的领导人和世界上其他地方的领导人一样
，既现代又睿智，而且强硬，足以面对那些令人讨厌的海外记者。
只是有一件事没告诉老百姓：这个活动是事先编排好的，而且得到一些最受尊敬的西方
媒体的配合。
周四，进入总理任期第二年的李克强，回答了十几个记者的提问，问题涉及住房、污染
、官僚主义和失踪的马来西亚航班等方面。
他轻松地打着手势，谈论了中美关系（“智者求同，愚者求异”）以及打击官员腐败（

，我在Washington University in St Louis（圣路易斯华盛顿大学）生物科学专业任
助教，我的博士生导师是Dr Ralph Quatrano，研究生导师是Dr James Wertsch，后者
可能有朋友熟悉，2005年的时候曾经到清华大学进行过短暂的学术交流，清华大学正是
我的母校。我专业的研究方向是“族交叉试验中的基因多样性的混合&匹配分析”，这
是人类基因组的一个分支。目前从事正是与人口优生学相关的一个项目。项目是由我导
师领导的麦克道尔国际学者研究院(McDonnell international Scholars Academy)接的
，项目经费来自门萨协会，门萨协会网友大概都很熟悉，这是一个历史悠久的针对高智
商人士的非正式组织，说是非正式，却比一些官方机构还要严密，一般人是进不去的，
贵族政治的产物。至今仍很有影响力，当然，这是与背后的财团支持分不开的，背后有
