的，而且因为麦肯罗的坏小子臭名远扬，也一直觉得这对对手的关系不是很好。但
是，昨天看了ESPN上的一篇文章，发现事实原来并不是那么简单。那篇文章本身一
般，不过之后的一篇评论激发了我的一点考古兴趣。
博格在1981年温网决赛输给麦肯罗，同年美网决赛再次输给麦肯罗，输掉比赛后，
博格连颁奖典礼都没参加就离开了，之后很快就宣布退役，正式退役在1983年4月。
他的退役，并不简单的是因为麦肯罗的崛起和对胜利的渴望的消退，而是多种因
素，包括ITF对他的一些安排，或许还和1981年美网半决赛博格击败康纳斯后收到
的死亡威胁有关系。
ATP网站上正式的博格/麦肯罗对战纪录是7比7，势均力敌。虽然正式纪录上他们的
最后一战在1981年，但是，之后在1982和1983年他们还在一些比赛中会面过。尽管
在1981年美网之后博格已经很少打比赛了，他还是在1982年的Sydney Akai Gold

boy, because he got fined almost at every tournament. And American
parents were telling their children to never ever imitate McEnroe. I fancy
