上个礼拜请Angela Pan给我们分享了HDR经验之后，我就一直等着机会出去拍几张，回
来HDR一下。昨天，终于得找空去baltimore的Fort McHenry（美国国歌诞生地）拍了一
些照片。
回来HDR处理了一下，才发现还是和想象得很不同。下次去拍的时候，希望能更有效的
用HDR的思维来观察世界了。

初步计划是一大早去. 可惜我开公司的那个大车肯定已经塞满了，否则还可以顺带接个谁。其他有想去的么? PM我吧。不过有风险就是，so far没有大牛一起去啊，我担心会空军回家。呵呵。 |

Fort McHenry来回。
周末早上跑的。沿途看房子的样子不破落，没有感到治安问题。
Fort McHenry里面有厕所，可以加水，排水。恍惚记得是8点开门。

5月，不少中国概念股在美上市不久便破发，中国概念股整体进入下跌通道。随着
市况不佳、监管趋严，“唯利是图”的华尔街正在疏远曾被“宠爱”的中概股。
巴隆合伙人投资基金分析师赵漪告诉《第一财经日报》记者，她许多在华尔街做中
国公司业务的朋友都被解雇或者回国了，原因是他们所在的公司把整个中国业务的部门
都关闭了。
“反向收购肯定不行，没办法做了，IPO还可以。反向并购首先是投行不接生意了
，因为如果到时候没有人接盘，投行没办法挣钱。”赵漪说。
反向收购已经成为美国监管部门的重点关照对象。美国证券交易委员会(SEC)主席
夏皮洛(Mary Schapiro)日前在给美国国会金融服务分委会(CFS)主席派克·麦切瑞(
Patrick McHenry)的信中披露了一系列中国公司在反向收购中的违法案例。
中国概念不再受宠
赵漪最近只用50%的工作时间做与中国概念股相关的业务，主要就是维持公司原来
已进行的投资，剩余的时间则做美国方面的投资。而一年前她被雇佣时，工作内容主要

包括芝加哥市在内的附近六大郡县，平均房价明明远远落后于东西两岸都会区，但在房
产税金额方面竟领先群伦，不但税率高居全美第二，同时也在全美郡县平均缴交房税名
列前茅，“房子不值钱，税金却吓人”的问题出在哪里？
伊州日益残破的财政，加上芝加哥市无底洞般的公校教职员养老金，恐怕很快就会进一
步加重民众的财务负担。综观全美各大都会区的房价，从上一波经济衰退后，几乎都以
两位数的增幅逐年爬升，不仅几乎都已经回复到房市崩盘前价格，并仍继续稳定上涨。
然而芝加哥及附近郡县的房价，至今离2009年前的房价，还有一段距离不说，房税更没
有跟上低迷房价调降，反而“逆势上生”。
这其中的关键问题在于，包括芝加哥在内的伊利诺州公立学校教育系统资金，很大一部
份必须仰赖民众缴交的房税支持。尤其近几年伊州财政赤字恶化，尽管州长朗纳曾试图
卡住预算，希望民代支持节省一些开销，但最后徒劳无功，民众缴交的房产税，成为两
年多没有收到州府教育经费补助公校的“救命丹”。

資深員工歐羅克(Robert O'Rourke，59歲)，竊取商業機密罪成，檢方指出，歐羅克帶
著公司機密，準備搭機前往中國就任新職時，遭調查幹員於芝加哥歐海爾國際機場人贓
俱獲逮捕。
報住在威斯康辛州日內瓦湖市(Lake Geneva)的歐羅克，2月25日在芝加哥聯邦法庭由陪
審團判決罪成，他遭控七項竊取商業機密罪，每項控罪分別可判處最高10年徒刑。
歐羅克從1984年起，開始在總部位於伍德斯塔克市(Woodstock)的Dura-Bar金屬公司上
班，這是一家專門生產各種鑄鐵產品的企業，檢方說，歐羅克曾先後擔任該公司的品管
經理及業務員，他也協助公司在中國及其他地方發展業務。
2013年年底，歐羅克開始與中國江蘇一家競爭對手公司，商談有關接受該公司職務的協

市况不佳、监管趋严，“唯利是图”的华尔街正在疏远曾被“宠爱”的中概股。
巴隆合伙人投资基金分析师赵漪告诉《第一财经日报》记者，她许多在华尔街做中
国公司业务的朋友都被解雇或者回国了，原因是他们所在的公司把整个中国业务的部门
都关闭了。
“反向收购肯定不行，没办法做了，IPO还可以。反向并购首先是投行不接生意了
，因为如果到时候没有人接盘，投行没办法挣钱。”赵漪说。

Two men armed with a handgun robbed a Buffalo Grove gas station early
Thursday morning, police said.

去年我一个人开车去的华盛顿。 感恩节美国国会放假，华盛顿的旅馆超级便宜。华盛
顿所有的
国家博物馆都是免费的。 我订了三个晚上，四星级旅馆，每天49。5美元。四天的时
间里，我把
smithsonian玩了一个遍。美国国家历史博物馆，航空博物馆，艺术博物馆，植物园，
国会山，自
然博物馆, 雕塑艺术馆，非洲艺术馆。从每天早上9点开馆一直到晚上4点以后才回旅
馆。真的是
太爽了。林肯纪念堂，越战纪念碑等等死人的地方，阴气太重，我就都没有去。第四天
（星期
天）早上，从巴尔地摩回来，经过Fort McHenry 美国1812年战争的关键城堡。
