这位名叫〔拉曼〕(Abdur Rahman) 的40岁男子上周因改信基督教被拘留。
司法部门官员称，他如果拒绝重新成为一名穆斯林，就可能被判死刑。
根据伊斯兰教法，这名男子将因背叛信仰而被处死。阿富汗司法制度系基于民法和伊斯兰
教法混合构成。
有一名阿富汗男子被起诉由穆斯林转为基督徒，根据阿富汗伊斯兰教法，他将因背叛信
仰而被处死。案件引发美国、加拿大等西方国家的关注，国际社会正向阿富汗施压，据
美联社报道，阿富汗政府将会因此而重新考虑对Rahman的判刑。这名叫Abdul Rahman的

【新闻中心讯】6月28日～7月2日，第六届ACM国际无线通信与移动计算国际会议（
ACM International Wireless Communications & Mobile Computing Conference，
IWCMC 2010）在法国诺曼底首府卡昂市举行。由清华大学电子系教授樊平毅及其指导的
博士生王卿，清华信息学院讲座教授、香港科技大学讲席教授李德福（K. B. Letaief
）和马凯（M. Mckay）共同完成的论文《菱形中继网络中中继节点的位置选择问题》（
On the Selection of Relays’ Position in Diamond Relay Networks）荣获大会的
最佳论文奖。
该论文在给出网络容量界的基础上，提出了基于“空间复用模式（SRP scheme）”
的机会调度策略，并从理论上给出了时变衰落信道下基于业务吞吐量、传输延迟界和网
络稳定性要求的可行的中继位置选择区域，并进行了计算机仿真验证。论文成果对无线

聚会回来以后，习惯性的打开电脑，收Email，上网。突然想到何不搜索一下刚才聚会
的几个大学同学的名字。似在意料之中，很快找到了他们的名字：
王哲，复地集团CFO，名字经常和郭广昌、范伟等复地的董事们并列。记得吃饭的时候
，我问起王哲怎么会到复地；他告诉我在大学的时候他曾经办过一份系报，所以经常到
团委郭、范等人经营的“誊印社”，因此和他们相熟。
裴奕根，花旗银行上海董事和本地公司客户主管，网上有他代表花期去一家民营企业访
问的消息。
李震，网上摘抄的：“促成此次印度巴勒特锻造公司与中国一汽锻造公司合资合资的马
凯集团 (E. J. McKay) 董事长李震毕业于美国哈佛大学 (Harvard)，之后分别在英国
