McKinsey problem solving test, basically a bunch of multichoice questions
that you need to finish in 60 minutes. there's almost no way to prepare for
it. You either have it or you don't. At least that's what I heard.
If it's McKinsey China, I believe the first round is case interview and the
2nd round will include the McKPST. And both rounds are on the same day. |
