和曝光补偿（用了＃15），发现都对，我觉得他一定是pull－1了。当时看着老黑技术
员那个漫不经心的样子就应该知道可能会出问题。
订单已经在压平胶片的时候扔掉了，现在回去找也白费，空口无凭，白白损失了一卷
TMY加4快多冲洗费。曾经想过送bayphoto，但是价格对于住纽约的实在差得太多（四倍
价格），以前MCL出过小问题，这次是个大问题，差2个stop救不回来的。 |

发帖数: 32405 | 30 盘算了下，大肠比赛里我总共踢过： 边后卫，边前卫，后腰(DMC), 中场(MCL), 前轰。
从不承认当过门将，因为的确不会，被逼无奈客串过留下过被人钻裆的阴影。
没有踢过中卫，因为别人说太容易看出我是德米帝一般的卧底
没有踢过前腰，因为太糙控球不够。
踢前轰基本属于破坏骚扰佯攻型，主要工作是跟对方后卫聊天。
感觉最好最舒服的还是后腰和MCL. 防守上即使被曝了还有中卫可以扛大梁，所以站住位置跟着移动起到骚扰作用就好，看准了能破坏截下来那是bonus; 进攻上还可以发挥后排插上脚头硬有一脚远射的特色。
至于为什么是MCL, 因为左脚球员不多，我的左脚不算完全残废，所以在偏左的位置上能矮子里拔矬子找到位置。 |

有没有半月板问题
也有可能是瘀伤未净，运动时扯到了，那样可以帮助去除瘀伤，当然如果疼继续的话，
就不只是瘀伤了
恢复一般的原则是先小量，慢慢加强，象大虾们说的量力而行。

但是汤锅是赛季的第一场比赛第一个quarter
所以汤锅有好多时间来HEAL和rehab
蚊子赛季后边受的伤
而且据说LCL和别的也有裂
赛季开始就能上场的难度不一般的大
蚊子这次受伤的经历对他以后的生涯应该有帮助
总是觉得蚊子太猛了

期间也一直都有吃Nature Made Triple Flex的保护膝盖骨头的药.
3月,4月开始玩室内攀岩. 没有其他运动.
5月底开始恢复去GYM锻炼. 去了两次.
第一次, 跑步15分钟, 平均6miles/hour的速度, 中间两次达到8miles/hour的速度; 然后椭圆机15分钟, 后来拉伸运动.
第二次, 跑步15分钟, 平均5.5miles/hour的速度,中间两次达到7.5miles/hour的速度; 然后椭圆机15分钟, 后来拉伸运动.
第二次运动完当晚立刻明显感到膝盖很疼. 大概用了3天时间恢复正常.
我知道跑步对膝盖的冲击很大. 但是才跑2-3mile就这反映了...是不是不太正常啊...还是至少半年后才可以正常运动?
有过MCL意外的, 大家都是多久才可以正常跑步的? |

4月底基本恢复, 下蹲, 拉伸, 屈膝, 跑步, 弹跳都正常啦.

发帖数: 106 | 43 听起来像MCL(medial collateral ligament)的扭伤.
不要热敷. 前4-6天每天有空的时候就拿冰袋敷着.
BRACE用hinged knee brace比较有用. 就是可以让膝关节弯曲但不允许左右的动度.
这种BRACE一般要处方. 但你可以到你附近的ORTHOTIC/BRACE SHOP去看看. 或去之前打
电话问问要不要处方.
如果冷敷了近一星期还很痛而且不能正常行走, 我建议去看个骨科的运动专科.
韧带的拉伤是一种需要时间愈合的伤. 如果一两个月后还有疼痛感也不要着急. 韧带需
要几个月来愈合. 而且这几个月内也不要做刺激受伤部位的活动. 这样减小再次受伤的
可能性.
另外还有一个可能性是MPFL(medial patellofemoral ligament)的拉伤. 不知道你当时
受伤的详细动作是如何的. 如果是扭伤, 那MCL的可能性大些. 如果是直接撞击伤,
MPFL受伤可能性大些.
说了这些, 确定的诊断还是来自着手的体检. 我就你讲的也就只能说这么多.
但就这两个伤, 治疗的开始都是冷敷, 然后慢慢的低强度的渐渐恢复动度. 如果几星期
后还有相 |

入手以后拿到本地雪店找他们调了bindings
上周是第二次拿去滑，摔了，雪橇没有自己脱落，扭到了膝盖。还好没有肿什么的。后
来还能滑下去，还能走路，能开车回家。
回来以后先去了滑雪店，检查以后，告诉我说，toe setting放在了适合我的Range的
higher end，这次帮我调到了我的range的lower end了。
然后去看了医生，拍了x光片，没有断掉什么，只是Sprained MCL。但是医生说要完全
好需要6周时间。
偶有两个问题：
［1］DIN settings真的有range这一说的么？不是查表查到说5.5就该设在5.5的么？

发帖数: 3602 | 45 2月底那次滑雪扭伤膝盖, 轻度MCL.
4月底基本恢复, 下蹲, 拉伸, 屈膝, 跑步, 弹跳都正常啦.
期间也一直都有吃Nature Made Triple Flex的保护膝盖骨头的药.
5月底开始恢复去GYM锻炼. 去了两次.
第一次, 跑步15分钟, 平均6miles/hour的速度, 中间两次达到8miles/hour的速度; 然后椭圆机15分钟, 后来拉伸运动.
第二次, 跑步15分钟, 平均5.5miles/hour的速度, 中间两次达到7.5miles/hour的速度; 然后椭圆机15分钟, 后来拉伸运动.
第二次运动完当晚立刻明显感到膝盖很疼. 大概用了3天时间恢复正常.
我知道跑步对膝盖的冲击很大. 但是才跑2-3mile就这反映了...是不是不太正常啊...
还是至少半年后才可以正常运动?
有过MCL意外的, 大家都是多久才可以正常跑步的? |

发帖数: 3602 | 46 我当时的MCL是膝盖内侧受伤, 应该没有影响到半月板.
后来5月在gym跑完步当晚发现还是MCL受伤那部分疼.
下蹲很费劲,腿弯曲也疼. 过3才天又正常了.
这周只去了攀岩. 不敢跑步了... |

说不能冲专业负片？
如果135和120彩负和manhattan color lab价格差别大就不去mcl了。以前一直去mcl，
想尝试下新的地方，熟悉的兄弟展开说说，包子伺候。 |
