我不认为这个数据是MDA给带来的.MDA的system可能对PG数据有帮助,
但这个帮助是因为PG在场上的权力大.能不能打出来,还是看个人.而且他
的system,也给PG带来很多TOs.
Nash离开MDA,不是照样牛.
NYK今年肯定没戏了.关键问题是Amare和Melo不合.2月以前8-15就是这么搞
出来的.
Lin如果能去湖人就好了.NYK这个老板脑子彻底进水了.

MCF7 : ER (+);PR (+);HER2 (-/low)
MDA-MB-231: ER (-);PR (-);HER2 (-)
但是如果只用 FBS，MDA-MB-231 应该比MCF7 快。你还要考虑铺板时的细胞数是否一样。

发帖数: 2599 | 9 上一场melo那两个三分的位置,都是他自己跑出来的.
记得以前有人分析,同样的打法,他懒得跑两步,就出不来.
今天这场也是,完全见不到给球星做球.
也就小林给melo档拆作了一下子mismatch,传了快攻.
进攻上我觉得就是MDA原来练的东西.不过执行力好了很多.
本质改变是防守.现在的球,和Linsanity类似,每个球都challenge敌人的投篮.
队友之间互相高速协防.Melo居然都能因为防守太努力早早四犯.
Amare直接抽冲到篮下的小个子.如果早这样打,客场灭公牛绰绰有余了阿!
其实这也在情理之中.现在到了几侯赛冲击关键时候.新教练来不及教新东西,
只能尽量执行好原来练的套路.
只能说,MDA太冤枉了... |

will try female mice, and inject more cells (as suggested by "ArtyArty").
MDA-MB-231 is not a very aggressive model for breast cancer. Joan Massague'
group have developed some derivative cell lines, such as LM2, which grows
faster and metastasize better. here is the reference:

在一些manager的支持下,Melo的敌人是另一拨managers支持的MDA+Amare.
任何一个公司,投资几千万上亿的project,失败了的话,总要有人出来负责.
具体到melo这个生意,显然,现在NYK的意见,项目失败的原因是MDA.
MDA具体让项目失败的途径,先是Amare,后是Lin+Amare.
现在在火上烤的是Amare,他肯定是MDA弄来的,要交易也是他.
Melo不可能交易了.
至于Lin.工资才70万,大人物压根不care.最多就是一个打酱油的.
无论谁来做教练,Lin都会听.他也不算是MDA的学生.虽然有了7连胜.13胜10.
Lin首发17场,数据20/8. 按测试数据,速度不比rose差.加速度快过Bolt.
你不要有的是人要.我不认为NYK会蠢到bench Lin.Managers现在想的应该是
怎么把这个项目做好.而不是把Lin 的story line给废了.

嫣有唇腭裂的时候，说了这样一句话：我要让你的残缺，变成你的荣耀（大概意思是这
样，原话不记得了）。我很感动，他们的嫣然基金帮助了很多同样唇腭裂的孩子，在这
一点上，我很佩服他们。
如果大家心疼妞妞，有机会不妨给MDA协会donation。 MDA 帮助全美国所有患神经肌肉
疾病的孩子，不仅仅是SMA。很多餐厅或者商店都有给MDA donation的，一刀两刀就很
好了。

Spinal Muscular Atrophy) 。这是一种genetic disorder，由于基因缺失身体无
法制造一种蛋白，严重影响她的运动神经元和所控制的肌肉，导致肌张力低下。SMA是
一种罕见病，发病率仅为万分之一，由于我和我老公都是携带者（我们都不知道，也没
有家族史），我们的孩子有四分之一的几率患病，我的女儿很不幸。
但是幸运的是，我的女儿不是最严重的情况。Type 1，也就是最严重的情况，孩子一般
不会活过两岁。我女儿属于type 2，医生没说能活多久，只是告诉我们，最终依靠仪器
