底下这篇 USA Today 的报道的前面几段，是我看过的文章里最诚实的，它真正说出了
大实话。虽然哈佛的动机不是种族因素，但实行手段与最后结果却是与种族脱不了关系
。这恐怕有点像警察的 racial profiling，虽然动机只是为了治安良好，但实行手段
与结果却是针对黑人。
哈佛真心不是要成绩好的，而是在美国的阶级社会中，能够长袖善舞向上爬的。你可以
不是来自所谓的上层社会，但你必须有那种潜质向上爬 --- 不管是你个人本身的潜质
，还是你的爸爸妈妈能够提供的资源。也就是说，你必须是个“精英”的料
，SAT 几分不重要。
BTW，说到 racial profiling，记得版上曾有人赞成。不记得是哪位了，但我想问的是
：如果你赞成警察的 rp，你是否赞成哈佛的 rp？有没有双重标准？
哈佛为了保持自己精英摇篮的地位，而 rp？开店可不可以挑顾客？

主料:梅花肉100克大葱2根；
调料:食盐1小勺酱油1大勺料酒1小勺淀粉1/2小勺植物油3大勺；
做法:1.将梅花肉逆着肉丝切成薄片(可以用半化冻的肉更好切)；
2.倒入酱油、料酒、用手抓匀；
3.放入干淀粉再抓匀；
4.最后放入1—2小勺植物油拌匀将肉锁住水分，静置一会，没有时间就直接用也
可以，我感觉区别不大，炒出来的肉都非常的嫩；
5.将大葱的葱白切成1厘米左右厚的斜刀片；
6.将锅烧热一些，然后放入凉油(肉里已经有油了，放平时炒菜用油的一半就可以)，放
入腌好的肉片，翻炒到变色就盛出来；
7.锅里放入大葱和适量的盐，大火翻炒几下，然后倒入肉片再翻炒均匀就可以了，喜欢
带点汤汁的，可以在放肉的时候顺着锅边放一小勺水 ；
