结论证据不足。我就写了几个major comments，建议大修或据稿。
后来这个文章也确实据了，但看了其他几个审稿人，简直就是非常mean啊，这也不行那
也不行，从头到尾反驳，写的不好，图不好，注解不好，方法不好。。。有个reviewer
写了20条意见。。。
我被吓到了，生物这个行当对人如此刻薄。搞得我都有了quit冲动！ |

发帖数: 28562 | 5 的确更mean, 但是和文章被拒有不同的感觉。文章一般是做了很久实验才写出来的。很
多人一年都投不了一篇稿子，而且又不能一稿多投，所以每次被拒都会耽误好几个月的
时间。有时候耽误久了之后被同行把类似的东西先做出来了就彻底发不出去了。
资金的申请一般都是两个月就赶出一个本子，而且可以一稿多投，可以一年投上个十几
个申请，只要有一两个被批准了就算完成任务了，其他的就当是成为分母了。
而文章就不一样，每个项目的数据如果不发表的话就无法向自己以及学生/博士后交代
，是不能想忘记就忘记的，也不是想不发就可以不发的。尤其是如果做到最后因为
reviewer 乱挑刺而被竞争者抢了先机，肯定要吐血了，因为除了PLoS ONE,无论你投什
么地方，都肯定会说，你这个东西已经有人发了，没有新颖性了。
当然，有些组非常的productive,每年发10几篇文章,他们对被拒的事情就会比较看的开。 |

好些。如果不在study section讨论的大多都是funding确实有些问题。参加讨论的怎么
说也能得到些建设性意见。

大多数怀孕或者刚生娃的女人，激素问题，脾气都很暴躁。
这次很多ID支持豆豆猫封人删帖，
一是这些ID平时在家，或者上上班，看看八卦带带孩子，也懒得像
你们军版男人一样去关心社会、道德这些深刻问题，觉得跟着组织就是对的，
她们也不愿意去考虑问题的全方位。考虑深层问题的女ID不是没有，但是比较少。
部分大妈上网，看看网页，在中文论坛灌灌水，电脑出问题都是老公修的，
不会去深层次地考察和思考一个问题，都是人云亦云，也没有理想，只是过日子而已，
看事物的视点未必能跟你们一样。不要对普通人民群众抱有过高的期望。
二是人的自私性和懒惰性，当然这个自私性也是合理的。
其一，就像土共以愚民政策治理国家，求的就是个和谐社会，社会和谐了，花在管理百姓
的精力就不用太多，不用斗志斗勇。

已经春暖花开了，要加满取暖的邮箱，信誓旦旦的说去年一开始是满的；无语了，明明
记得大概入冬不到半个月就加了300块的油，顶多一半，直接占我便宜，说半天，直接
开吵，说什么我要尊重她云云。
平时也是各种小手段就不说了，我能做的都尽量做，秋天扫落叶，冬天铲雪什么的，有
啥小忙也不计较。她总是当时甜言蜜语，过后该占就占。老实讲比较担心最后搬出去的
时候出幺蛾子，我看版上一般说顶多是押金不退是吧，除了这个还有啥严重后果。

间给他干活，他才过了半年给我续上的funding. 现在一个公司给我了个offer,85K吧+
一些股票奖金啥的。大约税前9W多，还给办H1B，绿卡。 很犹豫了。想脱离BT老板，去
工作，但是GF和我在一个学校，如果工作 意味着要异地了（必须坐4，5个小时飞机，
开车到不了）。 一边舍不得我的GF，不愿意两地分居。 一边也是还可以的工作机会，
关键可以脱离 BT的老板，而且不用再那么苦的读博士。。。
很纠结。。。
我该怎么办！！！ |

lz从拿到offer开始，都琢磨了一个月了。前思后量，左顾右盼，上瞄下瞅。其实，不
用任何人说,他也知道该怎么做，就是想jjww一下。估计lz性格比较内向，其实遇到这
样的好事，首先应该和几个哥们出去庆祝一下。
还是恭喜lz拿到offer，摆脱mean adviser! |

好，将来gf也会觉得你没挣钱，现在做出的牺牲也白牺牲了
最好还是继续找工作，找到工作总要一段时间，然后直接去工作，你和gf异地的时间也
就是个两年，还是可以克服的
当然我不同意其他人说你没出息，重感情是你的优点，只是你没有想到万一错过了挣钱
的机会将来会给自己带来更多的感情上的麻烦 |

I think the company is using Premium Process, and I heard the receipt will
be arriving within 2 weeks?
Ans: case by case, 2 weeks to months are all possible. Some people using PP
and receive H1 approval even before the paper receipt. |

the list again and saw that it is "off-market property".
Does it mean it has been sold out? It has been on the market for nearly 200

by law, prop assessed value (AV) supposed to be reflective of "mkt condition
", not necessarily the "mkt price" (MP). MP could go up 20% a yr like in
the hay days but AV is limited by 2%. If you own your house long enough, AV
is most likely NOT reflective of the mkt--usually lower. it's to the owner'
s advantage.
vice versa, in a 20% declining yr, AV will not drop 20% a yr. it has to
catch up on the gains before being offset by the decline. When the decline
