只是有时候你换一个measure，会使得calculation 很简单。比如给你一个exchage
option做定价, 你把其中一个asset做numeraire，换measure,公式很快就出来了。否则
你就解一个高维的PDE或者算二重积分吧。
或者使得modeling简单，比如说，我们一般model东西都是在risk neutral measure下
，因为好理解，但是如果你要model一个东西，你知道它在forward measure下是
martingale，你就直接写一个没有drift的sde，而不用总是从risk neutral measure开
始做了。

都是martingale；
Forward measure, 用bond price做numeraire，任何asset price除以bond price都是

response必须至少在random statement中加上intercept，这样model的g matrix is
negative，因为有很多id都没有repeated measure，但是有些id有10次左右的repeated
，所以random intercept takes a lot of df.
各位高手能给点提示吗？我想model一个multinomial response，with repeated
measure，link function是genlogit，能得出baseline odds ratio的？

您的这个问题很好。患者pre/post intervention的比较是前面一个study已经做了。结
论是这个rehab process是有效的。而且重度的患者效果比轻度明显。
我现在要做的是比较同样的tasks，患者在intervention后和健全人相比如何。因为直
观看，好像轻度患者和健全人在左手的performance差不多，右手反而要差一点。
按您的意见，那这的确是个nested+repeated measure的design，应该怎么做呢？
我现在只有matlab可用。Matlab里的ANOVA，连repeated measure都没有。在网上找到
了几个Matlab的repeated measure程序，但是又不能做nested design。看来我得必须
自己写这个程序。

If each subject were measured only once I could have done a ROC curve to see
if X has any prediction value for Y, but since now each subject is having
multiple measurements (from different time point), is it possible to do a
ROC analysis?
