at high field, it is p-type.
Magnetic field can change mobility. If the affects on minority and majority
carriers' mobility are different, the overall conduction type can be changed
, is it right?

如果测量仪器精度按照MSA（measurement systems analysis）方法定义包括5项：绝对
偏倚（Bias），重复性（Repeatability）, 再现性（Reproducibility）,线性（
linearity），稳定性（Stability）。
简单讲狭义的重复精度只代表精度的一部分。但如果以重复性试验为基础加入例如时间
、变差、绝对偏移等实验条件，也能反应整体设备和仪器精度，还可以简化便捷测试过
程。所以我本人认为重复精度的实验设计还是很重要的，不能一概否定广义性的重复精
度实验对整体精度的价值。我们在极片测量上的使用经验：在涂布极片测量时重点考量
的精度方面是重复性、稳定性和线性；在辊压增加考量绝对偏移量。自动仪器的少有人
为干预因素，一般再现性与重复性趋同。
按照标准MSA语言表达：多维合成后的综合不确定度是 1.0um，不确定度的置信度或置
信区间是多少？？？？？ |
