下午带孩子去买Subway，说要一个大的，孩子对那人说要Turkey，放了4片，正在放第
五片turkey肉的时候，孩子又说，也要Tariyaki，那人一听，说那就是double meat,
will have extra charge,在等我的反馈，我说没关系，可以。那人于是停下了手里正
在放的turkey,转而去放tarikaki。我平时不是个计较的人，但今天突然想问个清楚，
于是说，you were going to put more turkey? 不料那人说，more will be more
money, I can do that but it will be more money. 我就觉得奇怪，问正常情况下只
有turkey的话几片，答说8片。我于是问，那你是不是应该放8片再加tariyaki才是
double meat？ 那人说你要double meat,就是这个turkey 4 片，再加tariyaki,如果要
8片turkey,就要额外收费了（比double meat更额外的意思）。

happens after it is shipped to the butcher. Butchers cut the meat then ship
it to stores.

When we visited a farm who raises animals, the farmer told us there are

发帖数: 7016 | 33 有没有发现catfish、white bass，还有其它的鱼或多或少都有土腥味？bass, crappie
, 连walleye都有。只不过少一点而已，第一顿还行，第二顿拿出来腥味就更加明显了。
主要原因是鱼的red meat（或者muscle meat），就在皮下面（1-2mm，根据鱼大小不同
），沿着中线位置最多。把这些肉去掉，95%的土腥味就去掉了。虽然这样做起来会浪
费一点，但对整个鱼来说，味道会好很多。还有就是belly meat，如果鱼肥，belly会
有脂肪积累，会有脂肪腥味，而且据说污染会聚集在脂肪里，所以belly meat也最好不
要。
方法就是，钓到鱼的时候如果能放血最好。不方便的话拿回家处理之前先放血。然后
fillet，去rib cage（或者顺着ribcage下刀，不惊动内脏），去pin bone。然后去皮
。去皮的时候留1-2mm肉在皮上。fillet下来后再把上面沿中线剩余的红肉切下。去皮
的时候如果掌握不好不留1-2mm肉在皮上也行，再多一道工序而已。总之，把那一道一
道象轮胎底的红肉去掉，什么方法都行。
这样处理好后就是晶莹剔透白花花的肉，不会有腥味 |

Chicken thigh – 1.8-2.0 mg/g
Turkey thigh – 2.5-3.0 mg/g
Pork, veal – 1.0-3.0 mg/g
Beef – 4.0-10.0 mg/g
Old beef – 15.0-20.0 mg/g
鸡胸肉含量最低，其他的肉都在1 mg/g以上。
myoglobin在nutrition标签里是看不出来的。没有列那么详细。
red meat致癌是真的，这个不是民科。

精细碳水真的是吃不得啊，周末吃了饺子和意大利面包，立马又开始馋碳水了！今天又
吃了意大利面包和rasin bread,而且是越吃越想吃！还有吃椰子肉也是停不了口，都是
脂肪啊！白天吃的不多，晚上下班前吃了晚饭的，回家后给家人打电话拜年，边聊边往
嘴里塞吃的，结果吃了900多卡。。。
吃： 1,684 卡 160g （carb） 47g（fat） 159g（protein）
练：无，晚上忙着打电话拜年

普通美国食品超市里卖的3到5美金一磅的猪肉基本上生长激素，多巴胺类的激素（瘦肉
精），抗生素，抗真菌药，重金属（主要是镉汞铅）含量都非常高，根本无法在中国作
为食品出售。正是因为使用大量的激素，所以美国猪肉才这么便宜。中国卖的猪肉的养
殖方式，大概跟美国卖的35美金一磅的猪肉类似。中国猪肉大概不超过人民币20圆，美
国猪 肉（同档次）在20－35美金左右。
目前整体蓄业药物用量美国全年的用量是中国的10万倍，不排除中国的较大的规模饲养

Humans need food to survive, unless you are vegetarian, then you eat meat to
survive. However, the immoral point I want to make about this video is the
method in which these animals are killed for food. Not only are they trapped
but they also die a slow death and swim in their own blood and that of
