大家好，LD半年前换工作来了湾区，小弟一直在找湾区的Mechanical engineer职位想
要团聚，却没有太多回复。
本人的基本情况是，Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, 工作快三年，有上
学时的mechanical design经验，工作经验主要是CAD软件的quality assurance
engineer，用CAD画图，测试，Finite element analysis，GD&T等等。现在有H1B签证
，换工作的话需要transfer。

service the timing belt along it.
Since the engine temperature goes up and get smoke come out, i'd either tow
it to a mechanic or get some mobile mechanic to come over and do the job.
my question is, are those mobile mechanic as good as the garage mechanic?

注意他的表情和评论，而不是只等着看报告。让卖家远离mechanic，他们不见面最好，
否则卖家肯定要辩解甚至贿赂mechanic。一定要用你自己找的mechanic。 |

小弟因为家庭要换辆大车，把身边的一辆01年的civic放到了craiglist上。
有个阿三看了之后很感兴趣，就联系到了我，并要了VIN number。查了之后又过来要求
试驾。试驾后感觉还不错，便要求做一个mechanic check。
做mechanic check的店子是阿三给找的，网上我找不到网址。 我开车25min接他去了那
家店，进去后便有些吃惊。店子很破也不大，是家阿三开的店，里面修车的全是中东人
的面孔。那个阿三显然和老板认识。最后老板都没有要那个阿三做mechanic的费用。而
且离开的时候，阿三还跟他们招手再见。
现在那个老板店里的伙计就检查出了几个车身上的毛病。那个老板说： 你这个车的情
况很糟糕,要是不修，连年检都过不了。他问我是不是第2个owner，我说是第3个。他马
上又说， terrible。我列在下面，因为小弟不太懂，希望大家帮我
看看：

FORECLOSE ON THE MECHANICS LIEN?
一般来讲，MECHANICS LIEN和任何LIEN一样，都是RECORD到COUNTY REGISTER'S OFFICE
。RECORD之前之后都有一定的NOTICE程序，但通常这个NOTICE不会由法院给。RECORD
LIEN 之后，有一个限期给LIEN HOLDER TO FORECLOSE ON THE LIEN。 如果他们不在限
期内作为，那么这个LIEN RIGHT就会过期失效，不再影响你的房屋产权。
我不知道你是和和律师沟通有问题，还是律师的水平有问题。FORECLOSURE ON
MECHANICS LIEN是民事官司，举证的责任在起诉方。如果他们没有过硬的证据，怎么会
赢？如果他们输了，不但要付你的诉讼费，而且还有可能要付你的律师费，假设你的律
师能成功反告对方恶意诉讼或者诈欺之类。
很可惜我不在宾州没办法帮你。但是强烈建议，找个好的，专业点，最关键是愿意帮你

发帖数: 167 | 50 大家好，LD半年前换工作来了湾区，小弟一直在找湾区的Mechanical engineer职位想
要团聚，却没有太多回复。
本人的基本情况是，Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, 工作快三年，有上
学时的mechanical design经验，工作经验主要是CAD软件的quality assurance
engineer，用CAD画图，测试，Finite element analysis，GD&T等等。现在有H1B签证
，换工作的话需要transfer。
2017年8月9日更新：大家好，距离之前发帖已经过了一年多，小弟还在努力找湾区的工
作，所以继续厚着脸皮来求内推。与之前比，现在多了一年Mechanical design的经验
，做的是给汽车用的sensor方面的设计。如果有合适的职位请推荐，不胜感谢！ |
