LD是J1，学校里的blue cross的保险，好像默认的medco拿药？
我最近刷出来了刺猬的转药方胖子，正好LD最近也要看医生。
请问：如果拿到处方后，到cvs拿药，算转药方吗？
版上有没有tx在medco拿药的，他家的药比cvs便宜吗？会不会原来可以享受medco或
blue cross的什么福利，转到刺猬后会受影响？

字下的保险附卡。平时去药房开药的话，我是用medco的prescrption drug id card，
他们刚刚给我重新寄了一张我的id card，但是没给宝宝的。
我的问题是，这个medco的prescription drug id card是跟保险呢，也就是宝宝也应该
有一个呢，还是跟保险没关系，我之所以有是我们公司给的benefit？
不知道大家的情况如何？谢谢。 |

发帖数: 165 | 14 Synthyroid 是Brand Name. Levothyroxine Sodium 是Generic Drug for Synthyroid.
我朋友的医生说因为generic drug的生产厂商每次都可能不同，所以会有细微差别。
建议是用brand name.当然绝大部分情况下两者基本没区别。
我朋友的经验是Brand Name 的药效果好（就是synthyroid），当然比较贵。 如果你长
期吃或者保险不cover Brand Name drug，可以向Medco 订 mail order， 寄到家里。
Medco 有discount program.另外的好处是你可以以generic drug 的价格拿到brand
name的药，前提是医生在处方上写明"allow substitute".这样价格就会便宜很多。 |

纽约财经新闻网《24/7 华尔街》（24/7 Wall St.）日前公布一项调查，列出全美前10
家最不受员工欢迎的公司。研究发现，这些被认为最差的企业多属于零售业，而员工不
满的主因是工时长、薪水低。《24/7 华尔街》这项研究是针对Glassdoor.com 求职网
站中，员工对其公司的评价超过300则以上的上市公司，并取前500家做为调查母体。这
是《24/7 华尔街》第三年做同样的研究。这些被员工认为“最烂”的公司，以零售业
居多，大多数的业务人员抱怨，老板给的目标过高，让拿到奖金变成遥不可及。
另一个让员工不高兴的原因是，公司对待客户的方式。例如：Children’s Place（排
名第10名）的员工就反对公司的强迫性销售策略；而Jos. A. Bank（排名第4名）的员
工也提到，公司提高产品价格，让他们的销售变得更困难。
但是，该研究也发现，并不是所有零售业的从业人员都那么不满。Glassdoor.com的公
关副总监多博思奇（Scott Dobroski）表示，薪资高低是员工对公司满意度的关键因素

generic是要付9快
但如果是mail-in generic, initial filling 不花钱
都是去超市的时候顺便在pharmacy拿药，这个mail-in好么 |
