找世界各国（junior）visiting Scholar（Media Studies/Media History/Media and
Stock领域） 的机会
还没有拿到博士学位，目的是想多认识些同行，同时帮我看看写的博士论文，给提些修
改意见。
去做visiting scholar 就是做研究，写论文写书的。
如果是美国和英国的话，可能会申请到scholarship,不过不到一个月马上就deadline了。
别的地方我可以去给代代课，如果学校或者系里愿意付钱.
大概2011年6月以后才有空去做这个visiting scholar,所以现在可以切磋了解，看看我

priority flat box可能贵一点点，但是速度会快一些，不过他的盒子比较薄。media
mail的话就可以自己找厚一点的盒子了，但是时间长担心路上会不会有问题。这两种方
式到底哪一种安全性比较高呢？有没有有经验的xdjm来说一下，谢谢

感觉已经处理的差不多。
现在的问题主要集中在media report上，因为我的media report主要是针对我的一篇三
作的文章，有yahoo，msnbc等大约60多个报道吧，还有大约10个其他国家的主要媒体，
但IO对此提出质疑，说although the beneficiary's name was mentioned in the
articles, it cannot be concluded that the articles were about him?
版上的同修以前肯定也遇到过类似问题，不知道大家有啥经验可以分享？有类似经验的
同修，不知道是否分享下你处理rfe时针对media report准备的一些材料，比如你给io
回复时的media report方面的澄清，还有你针对media report要的额外的推荐信模板，

条件当然要加窗户，还可以做一个睡房，在卖时多一个睡房加分很多，如果只是个没有
窗户的空间虽然从功能上满足Media Room上的要求，但是从投资上讲做一个没有窗户的
房间不make sense。要做就要做好，可以参照Houzz上的Media Room的样子,我自己做了
7个build-in的Speaker和120" fixed projector screen,中置和前置尤其要选好一些的
Speaker。同时要规划好Media Closet的位置，Projector,网线，低音炮的位置都要在

今天刚刚跟律师谈过， 说准备claim老三样，外加media report。 我一听就急了，因
为我根本没什么media report， 就有一篇paper被NewsRx和F1000提到了。 我本来想让
律师把这个加到contribution里面的。 可她要把这些提出来，跟citation和其他人引
用我的paper的几个例子合起来claim media report。 是不是很怪异啊？ 她说他们以
前这么做，挺成功（严重怀疑中）。
而且， 她认为只要IO觉得claim的四项里面有两项足够强，即使其他两项比较弱，也不
会招致RFE。 是这样么？ 怎么觉得不靠普呢？
大家给点意见吧。 是按照律师的方案走，还是坚持把她想要claim media report的东
西都放在contribution里面？？

电脑上的区域和语言都设为了英文，电脑上的media center 也是英文的，但是xbox上
的media center 不知为啥老是显示中文界面。xbox的区域首选项也设了美国英文。

用media player看电影音量开到20%就很响了。（音箱自己的音量旋钮保持不变)
原来用XP的时候，用电视卡自己的播放软件音量就比较大。
google了一下，发现好像好些抱怨vista media center的音量的。但没看到有什么解决
方法。
装了k-lite的解码器，还有cyberlink的media center software encoder。 |
