宋的博士学位在中科院拿的，在us做了3-4 年postdoc。宋在us 待的时间太短，对美国
博士培养体制和科研体制先进之处了解得可能不够。一同面试院长的有几个candidate
文章比宋好。武大可能是看到宋在中科院当个官，搞个管理就把it请过来了。武大应该
找一个在美国拿个PhD，然后在us 做postdoc后海归的当院长。
宋自己的科研做得很好，但对宋领导一个院做出像样的改革，大幅提高整个院科研水平
不太看好。

对，这篇1997年的nature paper，列在第一位的yan shidu其实是唯一的通讯作者，列
在最后一位的本该是通讯作者的David Stern其实就是当时部门里的大牛。估计情况就
是David Stern是大老板，但是对这个project其实没啥贡献，然后是作为通讯作者的
Yan shidu是小老板，带领Fu Jin等一干人做出来的，才会有这样奇怪的authorship。
这样看来，Fu JIn实质上是真正干活的第一作者，凭这样一篇nature paper获得博士
也就没啥稀奇的了。Fu Jin是1999年拿的博士，1997年的paper正好对景。
凭什么方肘子要看学位证明人家就亮给这个傻逼看啊。他家菊花不是都拒绝出示学位证
明吗？人家Fu Jin教授把学位亮给学校看就好了，气死方教主及其教徒们！

备证据，出席证人，英语不牛逼可以自带翻译，不允许律师出席，5~10分钟申诉事件，
当庭裁决。也可以先走Mediation，志愿者仲裁，双方同意可和解，无需出庭，收费低
廉。不服庭判可上诉，上诉允许律师出席。
不值得请律师，材料准备好，事故照片，车灯维修记录，body shop 刮蹭估价，联系记
录的警察，告知肇事者要通过第三方解决问题了，先走Mediation，不好再上庭，尼玛
当练英语长见识了，最坏结果无非损失点手续费，加lost some credits，事实简明扼

我搬家前进行pre-inspection，我搬走前进行了好几天彻底清理，非常干净，感觉比搬
进前还干净，根据以往的租房经历，也很自信这次也会得到全额押金返还。我室友稍微
早于我搬出几周，没参与房间卫生打扫，但是最后一天交房间钥匙的时候，他来看到彻
底清理后的房子也觉得已经很好了。我要搬出去的时候问房东要不要来看看房子，怎么
交钥匙，房东说直接把钥匙放灶台上，锁门离开就行了。我过于相信房东，照做了 （
因为以前也这样，也都全额拿回押金了），除了几张搬家时无意拍到的不太清楚的房间

mediator调用user的isbuy和getallfriends，想知道buy和product的信息存在哪儿，如
果user没有friend列表和buyProduct列表？是用product-user hash table 和 user-us
er hash table吗？

首先，GoF设计模式要解决的问题不少都是因为OO不承认全局变量和函数造成的。
其次，设计模式的三个准则：中意与组合而不是继承， 依赖于接口而不是实现，高内
聚低耦合
第三，设计模式分为creational, structural, behaviroal。
Strategy: OO不承认函数造成的
Decrator: 就是平时常常提到的wrapper, 也属于中意与组合而不是继承
Factory: 感觉是纯OO的东西。Factory method有两种，一种是effective Java里谈的
，一种是GoF里谈的，我觉得都属于design pattern的范畴，但是要注意区分。因为平
时所说的DP一般指GoF，但是我感觉前者可能更常用，所以这个比较容易confused。面
试比较容易考到，感觉应该跟面试官说清楚。
Observer: 太常用了，平时见到的什么event，notification都是这个pattern。
Chain of Responsibility: 一看就想到了exception。除此之外，貌似driver的stack
也是这个意思。

is not done properly. the outcome is you may get some money back through
mediation (you probably still need a lawyer for mediation).
If you just want to back out, I will talk to the agent and let the seller

我们已经谈好了价格，选好lot，房型，elevation，discount，和allowance。我们最
终还是想尽量省些钱，但喜欢的elevation有些过于奢侈我们不需要那么多的stone啊
column之类的，sales就说你可以先选着这个elevation，然后最后你想取下的部分我们
给你credit让你把钱花在其他地方。甚至说她给离我们很近的一家跟我们同样房型的房
子就是这样做的，他们也选择了和我们同样的elevation，做了很多改动和删除过后，
从4万3的elevation减到了2万8多，我们一听原来可以通过把elevation往下改可以省这
么多的钱，就答应着这么做了，并告诉了她我们都要做些什么改动，她则需要拿我们的
改动去获得两个approval，一个是developer的，developer必须通过因为我们跟旁边那
家不能太象（我们改成的样子的确也不象），第二个是在删减之后所得多少credit需要
她的boss的approval。
好了，答复拿回来了。这个sales就说，那天她给我们的elevation的价格实际上是错误

我搬家前进行pre-inspection，我搬走前进行了好几天彻底清理，非常干净，感觉比搬
进前还干净，根据以往的租房经历，也很自信这次也会得到全额押金返还。我室友稍微
早于我搬出几周，没参与房间卫生打扫，但是最后一天交房间钥匙的时候，他来看到彻
底清理后的房子也觉得已经很好了。我要搬出去的时候问房东要不要来看看房子，怎么
交钥匙，房东说直接把钥匙放灶台上，锁门离开就行了。我过于相信房东，照做了 （
因为以前也这样，也都全额拿回押金了），除了几张搬家时无意拍到的不太清楚的房间
