Medici高级公寓2B2B，就在downtown target旁边，因为在financial district那，生
活特别方便而且安全，1月7日入住，求一爱干净整洁不随意往家带男生过夜的妹子~当
然平时朋友来聚餐神马的都木有问题~ 房租是一共每月￥2500（俩人平分一人1250，加
上utilities一人大致是每个月1320左右），公寓是2个大主卧都自带有走入式衣橱和卫
生间，对了最棒的是房间里有我们单独自用的洗衣机烘干机~
本人在downtown工作，作为junior architect平时工作比较忙，一般都是晚上8、9点下
班，平时爱好做饭烘焙，周末常常去malibu爬山，如果有共同爱好的就更好啦~

税反而让穷人交更多税。不过Florence是共和制城邦，和威尼斯不一样，没有自己的军

各种device应用。组很小，所以几乎全套的工作都是我做的。做过fabrication，
characterization，modeling，reliability。比较懂device physics 和 fabrication
process。
另外，有过两次暑期实习经验。全在半导体公司。一次做process engineering，主要
是CMP modeling。第二次是device engineering，做device design，layout，测试。
主要是digital & analogy CMOS 和 BJTdevice，还有power device。
我个人学习能力比较强，基本上手都比较快。本科是学物理的，PHD转到ECE，快速上手
，4年多点，就把PHD搞定。journal和conference 一共10几篇。很多东西都是自学的，
所以个人能力请放心。

个medici家族基本上已经跟意大利法国的皇族通婚n代了），商人就代表着新兴中产阶
级，以前知识掌握在贵族僧侣之间，中产阶级有钱了就开始向往上层建筑，大兴教育，
文化，艺术，一下就起来了。然后就是民族意识抬头，英国列岛，德意志民族和意大利
各papal state都不愿意被罗马帝国管，开始追求自治，那就得唤醒民众，最大的法宝
就是共同文化财产（比如搜集德国童话的格林兄弟），所以开始伟大复兴。政治层面我
懂的少，但是一点不晓得对不对，小国比大国好管，从前的神圣罗马帝国就是个四分五
裂的中央集权大国，他们跟我们最大的不同，就是没有出个秦始皇统一后来两千年的思
想，死活都要九州同，也不晓得是好是坏。不过不用想别人了，那tmd有时候天时地利
人和了干什么都是顺的，比如大政奉还，明治维新。我们自己努力就好。

all the hospitals is the all related medicial records. It is illegal for
them to withhold information from you. You might be buried with medical
records, but that would also scare the hospitals enough.
If any of the hospital refuse to give the records to you, call police. They
don't own the records, you do.
If there is a case, the lawyers would go after you, not the other way around

市的生物制药公司，世界范围内雇员18000人。许多年以来，凡利亚的正确译名应该是
“翻利吖！”，因为这公司从10年1月到15年7月，股价翻了十八倍。Valeant是一颗不
折不扣的花街掌上明猪，多有知名对冲基金扎堆追捧，比较有代表性的就是潘兴广场（
Pershing Square）的掌门人：Bill Ackman，也就是现在坊间谈论最多的悲情小比尔。
悲情小比尔的潘兴广场股价（AS:PSH) 今年来已经跌掉了37%，不可谓不惨。而Valeant
的股价今年以来更是以惊人的难度系数跌掉了70%，仅仅是去年七月最高点的八分之一
，不可谓不凝重。
那么不懂就要装问了，到底发生了什么，酿成了如此的人间惨剧？我会在下文列出详细

根据PUBLICTION 519测试看，我09年只有3个月在美国，应该是NONRESIDENT ALIENS。
那么09年填的表格不是1040NR,就是1040NR-EZ。
我公司WITHHOLD了联邦税，州税，CITY税以及SS TAX和MEDICIAL。
请教：
作为NONRESIDENT ALIENS，以上哪些税是可以不交的。如果已经预扣，如何申请退回？
我知道这里大部分的人不是F，就是J,但是是不是也能帮助看看L签证的问题。明年就不
麻烦了，2010年我肯定是RESIDENT ALIENS了。 |

发帖数: 59 | 48 请问有经验的朋友来说说，485的申请可能被RFE两次吗？
偶申请6月底的时候被RFE出生证明。及时回复后现在还没有任何消息。其实自己一直认
为medical是肯定要被RFE的，因为当初TB皮试和血检都是阳性，按理说得去做X-ray胸
检的，但最后因为怀孕的缘故，产科医生开了封证明信说不适合当时做胸检云云，就把
证明信和着medicial表格一起封好交了上去。
原以为RFE肯定是要补交胸检结果以证明TB negative的，结果RFE根本没提。
像我这种情况，有可能再次被RFE吗？或者一般RFE只有一次，我Medical的问题被忽略
掉了？

這次黃仲安示範的沙冰，洋名為Granita，或Granita Siciliana。讀者的自然反應可能
是：這種甜食應該源自意大利，而且以西西里島嫌疑最大；不過也有另一種說法，指因
沙冰中常用的食材，如檸檬和橙，都是西西里的特產，因此得名。的確，在四季如夏的
西西里，不論遊客還是地膽，手上都不離一杯沙冰以消暑熱，但沙冰的起源卻另有文章。
關於食用沙冰的起源，跟雪糕同出一轍，的確和意大利人極有淵源。不過坊間相傳兩
種說法，一說在十三世紀，馬可波羅（Marco Polo）東遊中國後，將一種近似沙冰的甜
品食用方法，帶回意大利去，此一說法當然最受強國人民歡迎；而另一種說法，則指早
