swam in the meet are trained for many years.
Interesting for IM results, 100IM has some good results while 200IM are much
less competitive...I am taking 200IM for the next year..hehe. |

a lot older than college years.
i am in the alumni volleyball/table tennis/tennis teams, i went to top 8
once in college for singles, 2nd place twice in teams, but here i am the
top 3.
for volleyball i could not even represent the dept team, but i founded
the alumni team, was captain for a few years as an OH. |

镜头最近处第三棒那个银帽子蝶泳游得蛮漂亮的，赞啊。还有那道那个蛙泳也不错。
第一棒仰泳有俩也不错，就是歪了。
那个冲前面的自由泳手臂划的风火轮似的，可是姿势效率都不太行，要是多游个５０呀那莽劲就没用了。 |

challenging. If she can do well in one of the two, theoretically she can do
anything. At her age, she has a lot of potential, so you may consider to
discuss with her coach and try to expand her comfortable zone to, for

He has placed 6th,8th,10th,12th,15th in the county's 7-8 y pentathlon race.
I am pretty happy since this is his first official race for three of the

选择 men's 200m IM A final 看
Ryan 这次拿了 200IM 和 400IM 两个冠军，两块份量最重的金牌。400IM 大菲没参加。
Ryan 这次在出发和转身上的技术改进的提高很明显。和大菲争夺200IM这场，从出发到
后来的三次转身，每个都比大菲强。大菲这次比赛的水下蝶腿好像有点退化，基本没见
他怎么好好用。
相反看Ryan:
出发入水点不如大菲，但是最后一个出水，还领先大菲好几十厘米。
蝶转仰，落后半个身位追到领先半个身位
仰转蛙，落后半个身位追到齐平
蛙转自，领先半个身位到领先一个身位
Ryan这次其他的所有比赛都是看点在转身。
他现在的水下蝶腿甚至已经超出了巅峰时期的大菲。 |

他的仰提高最大。原来仰是Ryan压制他的法宝，现在大菲的仰基本超出了？

前面说的是混合泳的仰Phelps从落后到领先。估计他蝶转仰察觉自己落后，所以着急赶
上，然后影响了后面的节奏和体力分配。 |
