你用Transparent California裡UC最高薪會造成誤導。榜上前幾個大咖不是是UCSF和
UCLA的大牌明星不然就都是主管，薪水當然高，大部份人的Regular Pay都是二三十萬
，大牌或Directors以上的Other Pay應該是Bonus或挖角的Contracts。Tabsh薪水超高
除了他是Vice Chair還因他是知名的高危險生產專家，他的Appointment 一般人根本訂
不到。反而一般人認知的高薪如Neurosurgery反而沒那麼高，如UCLA 的Chairman Neil
Martin也就一百萬出頭。
相反的，美國華人醫界的首富黃馨祥在UCLA教課的收入連他身價百分之一的零頭都不到
，所以LZ看這個數據對你自己下決定是毫無用場的。你該去看絕大部份人用的Medscape

their top 5: Toyota (16.73%), Honda (14.8%), Lexus (8.3%), BMW (7.5%), and
Mercedes-Benz (5.32%). Ford came in a very close sixth at 5.24%, and
Chevrolet came in eighth at 4.13%.

执照前2年以内完成的。
对于CME hours的要求，与离开临床的年限有关。
2-3年---need CME 50小时, 至少20 的 category 1
3-4年---need CME 100小时,至少40 的 category 1
4-5年以及以上的---need CME 150小时，至少60的category 1

最近medscape发放了很多free CME （category 1) 课程，远远超过

发帖数: 44 | 14 今天得知了step3的成绩，210+，心里的石头终于落下。终于轮到我给USMLE说再见了。
回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。
复习资料：随大流，MTB 3, UW CCS, UW step3 Qbank, UW step2 Qbank;
模拟：考前2月，NBME 1 190+, 考前1周，NBME 2 220+;

一下大部分文字是考前两月写下的自己的感悟，由于考前高压，可能会条理不清，词不
达意，见谅。
不变应万变
对于难题要做到镇静，想想我不会的题目，多数人也未必会，镇静，镇静！镇静下来之
后才能慢慢寻找解题思路，难题的难点在于，题目信息不熟悉，备选答案内容不熟悉，
不要慌，想一想，出题者的思路在哪里，用自己熟悉的知识点去解决不熟悉的信息，这
就是apply的过程，比如genetic的题目。以不变应万变。
对于不会的题目，不要粘题，没有思路，跳过去，回头再想。有时是瞬时block out一
叶障目，后头再看的时候会发现豁然开朗。不值得浪费太多时间在一道题目上面。
关于排除法的应用，首先排除自己熟悉的选项，再排除自己不熟悉的选项，如果自己熟
悉的选项不能排除，怎么能排除自己根本看不懂的选项。解决方案：如果最后自己熟悉
的选项不能排除，还是选择自己熟悉的选项。因为太超范围，太偏太远的东西考的可能
性毕竟比较小，较大点的可能是可能是自己熟悉的，但是自己没有做到很好的apply或

病人 has MCA stroke, 同时还有junctional arrhythmia, HR42, low urine output,
dehydration.
在tibia上打一个孔，接上infusion fluids, and meds.
works well for adult patients.
顿时想到UW（CK？）有一题考的就是IO。只不过是儿童病人。 现在adult patients 也
用。 让我感觉到UW出的题目还是比较紧扣临床实践，考查实际中重要的知识。
我的感受UW不光考试有用，对临床也很有帮助。

may help. If infection was long time ago and already resolved, recovery

scheduled cholecystectomy, simply because her risk of developing acute
cholecystitis (急性胆囊炎）is high. If that happens, she may need emergency
surgery, which has an increased risk compared to scheduled surgery when
she is healthy.

surgeons in the US is Unna boot. 弹力袜 (compression stocking) is also
effective, especially if the condition is not severe. The quality of the 弹
力袜 varies a lot though :)
