自己的
经验。修车其实不是难事，难的是如何诊断，自己的经验不足，借助外力的帮助是必要
的，在
此页分享下换manifold（header）过程中遇到的问题和求助方法。
工作之前搜索header的拆卸过程很重要，同时要知道过程中需要什么零件&螺母大小。
不要凭
空想象需要什么零件，因为process中会遇到考虑不到的问题；拆卸中可能需要deep
socket，
wrench等各种想象不到的问题。准备--很重要！
拆header的过程：
-jack up the car
-卸掉coolant reservoir
-卸掉IPDM fuse box
-卸掉drive belt
-卸掉alternator
-卸掉O2 sensor
-卸掉header unit
卸header要及其小心，因为上面的螺栓是嵌在engine里，一旦弄断，U got a bad day

结果还可以了，比如说Yaris卖得比BMW 1系、Mini等还要多；Nissan有几款车型也排得
很前。
欧洲车占很多位置那是因为欧盟国家对成员国的产品关税政策跟非成员国不一样的，价
格上有优势。销量排头的是欧洲车，倒数的也是一大堆欧洲车。当然Fiesta等这些车型
是例外。但问题是很多德车粉也是瞧不起Fiesta的。所以这个话题根本不是什么技术话
题，而是德车粉抱怨自己不是生作德国人、无法拿德国护照，但仍然以德国人自豪的抒
情好机会。

1。我还是小角色时，面试中国人不敢用中文，因为怕被人说闲话。
（所以不讲中文不是要故意恶心找工的人）
2。 有时我会问一些比较难的问题，因为我想要找到一个闪光点来推荐录取他。不要以
为问容易的问题的人，就想要你。其实正好相反，嫌瓜的才是想买瓜的。上次一老中来
面试，我的一个同事对他非常好，结果最反对的就是他。
3。 不要以为中国人就一定要照顾你，因为其实你那个职位的候选人全是中国人。这种
情况我们发生了很多次。
中国人都很相似，所以你找工作的竞争者一般来讲至少有一个中国人。
4。 我选人一般是中国人，东亚人优先。但是往往来面试的要么都是中国人，要么都是
白人
5。我面试过几个年纪大的中国人，见到我一小年轻，都表现的很不屑，甚至连回答我
的问题都表现的不耐烦。

因为我们进去医院的时候，已经是周四黄昏时分了，天色暗了。所以医生早就下班了。
T医生说要是我要生了，他会马上赶来。这下看样子我是一时半会不会生，于是我们又
给医生打电话告别。我问T医生，那我羊水破到底是怎么回事，为啥现在还没有阵痛。T
医生说，他觉得可能不是羊水破，总之不管怎么样，明天早上他给我开个额外的早班预
约，7点去一趟他的诊所。不然的话半夜有事就给他打电话，并且告诉我，我现在在他
心里是最重要的病人之一。得了个最重要的病号荣誉称号，我再着急也只好回家满满等
阵痛了。。。产痛到底何时会来？我和老公悻悻下楼，去停车场拿车。
这时彩霞满天，天色昏暗，夏天的夜景，竟来得如此之晚，如此之美。二人无趣，索性
坐在车头无语，老公试着倒腾安装宝宝的坐骑。我看见停车场四周星火点点。。。居然

我们9:40到的.他们在里面读书,准备要到palyground玩.
文文进去直奔小车台.Miss Diany还没来,Miss Kelly说她10点才到.Kelly说还没准备好
文文的东西.我让她放好文文的杯子枕头,牙刷牙膏,一套裤子.嘱咐她说,文文进来以后
要脱掉外套外裤,要提醒他上洗手间,今天他还没poopoo,睡觉时如果他不睡可以让他看
书,回家再睡...我两点来接他....
上去跟director Megan说了声.然后回去跟文文说:妈妈要回家了.你在这里跟小朋友一
起玩. 他说,好.给妈妈一个kiss! 他kiss 了妈妈一下!跟我挥挥手又忙着摆弄手上的车
子....
我一步一回头,跟Kelly再见! 离开了.
顺路我去了cub food 一趟,给文文买牙膏. 没有了小尾巴,自己一个人shopping还真不
习惯!
还好,肚子里还有一个陪着我.
哎.我拍拍肚子.得努力生个小棉奥,男孩子没心没肝的! |

发帖数: 1813 | 50 想给孩子多进行一些中国传统文化教育，从国内带了一套《上下五千年》，我连批带讲
的，顺便普及一下历史知识。本以为应该差不多，可是孩子还是有些难以理解。尤其有
时人物一多，而且又多是中国古代拗口的名字，不是peter, megan, rachel什么的，她
就记不住了。大家有什么建议吗？或是推荐一些孩子更容易理解的历史故事书？ |
