了一些印象。首先，赛义夫相当能干。其次，他性格复杂。虽然赛义夫很把自己当一回
事，显然打算成为利比亚的下任统治者，但他内心并不快乐。这并不令人意外。在他父
亲那样的疯子的抚养下，任何人都不太可能感觉开心的。
无论开心与否，赛义夫似乎都是一个有意思的家伙，与最近电视上那个胡言乱语的怪人
相去甚远。几周前在达沃斯，全球重量级人物热切地与他共进午餐。从我跟他的会面看
，我可以理解其中的原因。此外，赛义夫曾明确表示，他支持在利比亚推行根本变革。
他也不会荒谬地宣称利比亚人已经享有民主、人权和法治。
