不锈钢锅健康耐用，除却不沾性能差一些外，实为厨具首选。怎样清洁不锈钢锅呢？
我最开始时选用不锈钢锅是因为它不象不粘锅那样“娇贵”， 一旦有划痕就会有毒物
质。所以一开始时我都是用铁丝球刷锅，有效是有效，锅底还是有了很多划痕。后来知
道不锈钢有划痕不仅容易生锈，也会泄漏重金属。这下怎么清洁呢？
不锈钢厂家建议用尼龙质地的清洁球擦，可是很难用，要费很大力气蹭来蹭去。网上有
人建议用"Bar keeper's Friend", 我在商店看到后根本就没有买，因为发现它的成分
主要是弱酸，外加其他一些有毒物质。
之后在网上搜索尝试，很多方法要么有害，要么不好用。现在主要用以下两种方法：1
）最为推荐的无毒无害的方法， 只需要白醋和baking soda： 先用不锈钢锅煮白醋水
，1：2 到 1：3 都可以，盖上盖子，煮大概20分钟，这样顽固的污垢就会变软变松。
然后用baking soda加水做成的糊糊刷洗，尼龙球就可以，我一般用干丝瓜瓤 （更加无

朋友送给我试用，melamine sponge也很好用，号称不用洗洁精，粘水后擦东西。韩国
店，我看到过卖。
砖地的，bleach加地板液拖地。有人推荐用带蒸汽的吸尘器，据说效果也不错。
厨房的整洁，除了每天整理清洁，少做大火炒菜，或者换个大功率的抽油烟机。 |

今天不搞定，下次都不知道什么时候。最后根据你的提意，再做了小小修改，最后没用
到螺丝。用了张Gauge 26 （Guage 28 时间久了，可能会不够力)的sheet metal, 量好
尺寸，剪下后，由两边同时插入。在收紧腿与桌面间的螺丝。用腿板做的这一快，量好
尺寸后，用table saw 锯下，左右两边用melamine edge tape 烫上去。放上去后觉得
蛮满意。 |

其实也没有什么，就是一些小小的体会和心得，来简单说说吧。
嘟嘟5个月的时候开始加辅食，从最简单的米糊开始。刚开始不太会吃，后来慢
慢就好了。
嘟嘟8个月的时候开始正式练习吃饭。由于当时嘟嘟爸爸全职上班我全职上学
（不过每学期只修了2－3门课），我们有是没有老人帮忙自己带嘟嘟。所以我
们研究讨论后决定要争取做到培养嘟嘟自己吃饭和良好的饮食习惯。只有这样
我们才能在更好养育嘟嘟的同时自己不会太累。为了光明的将来，争取做到以
下几点：
1.坚决不抱着喂饭，也不跟着嘟嘟屁股后面喂。吃饭的时候一定要坐在high
chair上。
2 定点吃饭，一家三口一起吃早中晚饭。（中间两顿snack她可以自己坐着吃，
无须大人陪伴）。然她知道吃饭的时候就要好好坐到桌子上吃饭，玩的时候就
下来好好玩。
3 专心吃饭，不能边吃饭边看电视晚玩玩具。
刚开始我们先是练习她的动手能力，和定点吃饭的饮食习惯。所以每次吃饭的时
候给她在碗里放点finger food让她锻炼自己吃。然后我们在自己吃饭的同时我

needs LCMS. Most top level university labs in china have it. It doesn't need
export permission from uncle sam. And they are not expensive. |
