根据经济学人智库（Economist's Intelligence Unit ，EIU) 最新公布全球宜居指数
，加拿大的多伦多和蒙特利尔评为世界最宜居城市，而在此方面一向傲娇的温哥华，这
次并未出现在世界最宜居城市名单中。
经济学人智库于周一公布了2015年城市安全指数,多伦多名列全球安全城市排名的第8名
,北美第1名,蒙特利尔名列第14名；在世界最宜居城市排名中,多伦多名列榜首,蒙特利
尔排在第2位。
报告指，虽然每个人对居住城市的定义不同,但安全总是排在最重要的,其他如文化和创
造性也在考虑之列，以上这两个城市社区在民主和生活成本上都令人乐观。
经济学人智库安全考量指标包括数字、卫生、基础设施和人身等安全因素；另外也考察
各个城市的宜居、生活成本、商业环境、民主和全球食品安全等因素。
在此次全球最安全城市评比中，日本东京排名第1。
虽然温哥华在过去几年的经济学人智库排名中都位居前列，包括全球声誉等，由于高昂

据马来西亚媒体22日报道，Viscount Melbourne古老货船考证队重返沉船地点，展开第
二轮的琼台礁“绿化”工作。
配合此次考证任务，该考证小队再次登岛，进行“美化”工作，栽种10棵椰苗，
截至目前岛上共有12棵椰苗及1棵椰树。
考证人员希望在琼台礁栽种椰树，进行绿化，让这座汪洋中的小岛充满生气。
此外，考证队人员在周日抵达琼台礁时，发现两艘中国海警船出现琼台礁附近水
域。
随后中国海警船在过去两天上午时分，两次环绕琼台礁，及驶近考证船只仅数百
公尺距离；大马皇家海军一艘舰艇则停泊在距离该处数海里外。
唯配合该水域的巡逻和监察，大马海事执法机构空中巡逻单位，派出巡逻机在该水域
上空监察。
“南方太阳”号考证船一行6人，是于上周末出发前往鲁克尼亚南区，古老货船
沉船地点进行考证任务，并在现场逗留两天，先后完成6次下潜任务。

大学全是公立,收费不贵, 各种奖学金. 入学就看高考成绩,不象美帝搞些破玩艺儿
leadership, volunteer.....折腾人.
住房除了那俩大城市都不贵,Sydney, Melbourne最近也大跌
去掉医疗\教育\住房三座大山,其他还能贵到哪去? |

Pension Index）今天公布2019年排行榜，前两名颁给荷兰和丹麦，澳洲第三，其他进
入前十名的国家分别是：芬兰、瑞典、挪威、新加坡、新西兰、加拿大以及智利。台湾
目前还没有被纳入这个评比指数。
墨尔本美世全球养老金指数今年调查37个国家，占了全球三分之二人口，使用40个指标
来评定一国的养老金系统是否为引导退休人口改善财务状况、是否得以永续发展、民众
是否有信心受到信赖等等。
根据联合国的资料，全球五分之一（20%）的人口将会在2070年处于退休年龄；今年这
个数字是9%。
荷兰今年蝉联冠军，该国退休人士以职业生涯的平均收入为基础享有被评为最佳的养老
金制度。英国排第14，美国第16，该指数表示，如果这两国能够提高低收入退休金请领
者的最低给付，分数可望上升。
日本排名十分落后，在被评比的37国中名列后段班的第31名，评级为D等级，此等级表
示一国的养老金制度有著重大缺失。墨尔本美世全球养老金指数建议日本在平均寿命继
续加长的情势下，宜提高请领国家养老金的年龄。
