of America的。agent说Bank of New York Mellon就是Bank of America的。我在网上

checking就是为了它家收incoming wire是免费的（不过大家后面可以看到，中间行的
费用还是没跑掉）。
由于discover不能直接收wire，所以实质上是汇款给discover开户所在的The Bank of
New York Mellon。
首先是汇款单怎么填的问题，国内不管你什么银行，汇款单其实大体上都是一样的，和
收款人有关的，就是表格上面57a,59a,70这三项。
57a是收款人开户银行名称和地址
名称上面说了是：The Bank of New York Mellon
Swift Code是：MELNUS3PXXX
地址是：3 Mellon Bank Center, Pittsburgh, PA 15258, United States
59a是收款人名称和地址
收款人账号（就是discover在mellon的帐号）：9914394
收款人名称：Discover
收款人地址（注意，这个其实不需要填的，但是如果你用工行网银，设计得很傻，不填

在Mellon的帐号填在57a上的收款人开户银行在其代理行(Mellon)的帐号，自己在
discover bank 的信息就可以填在收款人上。这个操作手法跟 http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/Recommend/31467015.html 相同，可以参考这个。而且这个还比较可靠，有些银行比较粗心会把用附言方式汇款的Further credit to xxx给漏掉。工行网银就提示说附言只能本地保留。
招行网银上的收款行可以搜到[DISCOVER BANK, GREENWOOD, DE], 下面可选mellon为代
理行,
不过没有在代理行的账号这一栏，应该可以在收款行后添加个
account number xxxxxxx，后台人工应该知道怎么操作， 这个就没实际操作过。 |

己都不会收费。但你的国内银行到mellon bank，还是要经过中间行的，所以我猜那15
刀应该是中间行拿走的。mellon bank在这里不是我说的中间行。

去的论坛多了，不由得发现一个有趣的现象：大多数惹人瞩目的文章，不是被人追着
拍板砖，就是被人抢着捧臭脚。所谓捧臭脚，雅称“善意”的谎言也。不过无论雅人俗人
，鲜有不受落于被捧臭脚的，嘴上虽然客气道“过奖过奖”，心里早已止不住的快乐沽沽
而出。如果我自称喜欢捧别人的臭脚，背后更深一层的含义就是，其实我更希望别人捧自
己的臭脚。这也不能怪我，谁让我从小到大，一直都是生活在捧臭脚的环境里呢。当然这
不是说我家有捧臭脚的习俗，只是小孩子从一出生起，就被太多的甜言蜜语所包围了。大

国际人口科学研究联盟国际迁移专家组成员，亚洲太平洋地区迁移研究网络主席，澳大
利亚国立大学澳大利亚人口与社会研究院客座研究员，中国人口学会理事，中国地理学
会人口地理专业委员会副主任，中国人口学会人口迁移与城市化专业委员会委员，福建
省人口学会副会长。先后于1989年、1995年分赴联邦德国、澳大利亚留学，2003年回国。
