歌者Sainkho Namtchylak是图瓦实验歌手。图瓦位于外蒙西北、西伯利亚南部，清朝时
属于唐努乌梁海，现属俄罗斯。图瓦语属于阿勒泰语系的突厥语族；其人种则融合了蒙
古族、新疆-中亚土耳其民族、以及通古斯民族-西伯利亚各游牧民族。文化传统十分多
样化；音乐上以蒙族的呼麦唱法著称，比如世界闻名的Huun-Huur-Tu四人乐队和融合摇
滚的Yat-Kha乐队。
但呼麦唱法只允许图瓦男人学，女人不许学——想想我听过的呼麦确实都是男人唱的，
包括杭盖、斯琴毕力格等；女人基本都唱蒙古长调。而神曲的歌者Sainkho从小特立独
行，非要自学、家学、偷学呼麦和其他萨满教传统音乐，由此成就今日之前卫。跟她一

我有段时间很想翻pass的
这本书的独特之处就在於他不标和弦名称，他列了一堆group，然后沿着melody和bass
line走，帮助你理解这几个harmony group的构成和shell voicing. 比如一个和弦最重要
的是3rd和7th,其次是添加音，然后是根音，然后是5，反之就是最不重要的音，这样在自
己构造和弦的时候(因为往往melody需要你在某个把位作一个和弦)，就可以选择，比如C
major7，只要有一个E和一个B 就能够产生Major7需要的倾斜效果。 你自己可以给这些
和弦命名，也可以不命名，呵呵。 我在每个图下写出每个音名和和弦的名称，作为一个
训练。
没管他，我这辈子不知道能碰到几次Ab调，呵呵，遇到Eb,就在Fm或者Cm里玩(比如Europa

我的课大概是先讲E/A pattern的major minor和弦，配合chord/melody分开弹一些fake
book，旋律都用第一把位。
然后慢慢和弦扩展到jazz常用的6、7和弦，指板慢慢往上走，记住指板上到12 fret所有
的音。fake book转到jazz standards。
接下来介绍5个把位的pentatonic音阶，给blues或者简单standard即兴。chord开始介绍
inversions和creative comping。
再后面就是推广到modes，简单的chord melody，chord tone/arpeggio即兴……这些够
搞好久了。哦，还有music theory零散的分散到这些课里面一起在讲。 |

的基础上，West Coast Jazz从相对精巧的arrangement和古典化的melody角度营造一种
cool的氛围,与之相对的就是进一步从黑人音乐形式中寻找元素来发扬光大的Hard Bop。

虎妈在高强度工作之后回家，发现家里的厨房到处散落着生米和袋子。Sophia拿着扫帚
正要清理。虎妈冲sophia发火了。Sophia这个乖宝宝，居然也talk back了：意思是她
一直这么乖，妈妈说什么就是什么。不要把管不住lulu的气撒到我头上来！虎妈跟她承
认对lulu的事情，她很烦恼。Sophia反过来安慰妈妈，说这只是短暂的13岁的烦恼，会
好起来的。
Chapter 29 despair
虎妈和二妹的骨髓不match。而第二轮化疗似乎也不思想。
不过，后来，他们终于找到一个match的捐赠者，katrin在11月份被放回家一个月，之
后要进行骨髓移植。
Chapter 30 Hebrew melody
lulu的成人礼快到了，母女俩仍就是否在成人礼拉小提琴争论不休。直到前一夜，虎妈
自己也没有把握。
lulu还是拉了，而且拉得非常好，客人们有的都感动的流泪了。Lulu有一种天赋，每次
她演奏的时候，不由自主的吸引人心。
